Our recently remodeled home has plenty of kitchen space and utensils to cook most any meal and is fully furnished. Two full baths with towels provided and WIFI is available.

Mountain cabin that sits on 2 1/2 acres of private woods. Very quiet and peaceful retreat with a beautiful view of mountain woods. Newly remodeled full kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, landline, WIFI . Enjoying the beautiful view on the deck area and out door fire pit. Road is not paved but well maintained. Close to Historical Gettysburg National Battlefield, hiking and fishing. I allow a pet under 30 lbs. with a fee of $ 20 per night. This must be paid at booking.

Rustic, cozy one-room apartment down a long lane on the Conewago river. The apartment is attached to the house but has its own entrance without going through the main house. Private bathroom and shower included. PLEASE NOTE: There are several steps in the cabin going down into the kitchen, up into the living room, and down into the bedroom nook. The floor of the bathroom is not completely even. This cabin may not be suitable for senior citizens or those who have problems with mobility.

Near Michaux State Forest, Pine Grove Furnace State Park and Caledonia State Park; many hiking, ATV and snow mobile trails. About a 20 minute drive to downtown Gettysburg, 30 minutes to Carlisle. For those that enjoy skiing we are 30 minutes to Liberty Mountain in Fairfield and 50 minutes to Roundtop Mountain in Lewisberry.

We had an excellent stay at Kyle's place. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and had everything necessary. Great communication from Kyle making sure everything was ok for us during our stay. The home is in a beautiful, secluded, quiet location, surrounded by woods and less than a half hour to Gettysburg. Highly recommend his place and we would not hesitate to return if we have the opportunity.

We enjoyed our stay at Peaceful Bear Mountain retreat while in the area to visit Gettysburg. The remote location was quiet and relaxing, but still able to drive to Gettysburg for the day. The road is not paved, as stated, but our truck handled it fine. Our dogs enjoyed it as much as we did, having a bit of space to run and stretch their legs. We appreciate finding such pet friendly places. David was a great host and provided helpful instructions to operate the heater for the unusual cool weather we had.
