This tastefully furnished cocoon has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as it is enjoyable.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

The vacation home

House, recently renovated, in a village at the entrance to Valgaudemar. Between Parc des Écrins and Le Dévoluy, near Lac du Sautet, it will be a safe haven for the whole family.
