Για το κέντρο της πόλης, υπάρχουν συχνά δρομολόγια λεωφορείου από το Πανεπιστήμιο. Η περιοχή είναι μέσα στη φύση, ήρεμη και ευνοεί τη χαλάρωση. Το διαμέρισμα είναι αυτόνομο με δική του είσοδο.
