Super location!!! Steps to boardwalk and beach. (2 minutes) New renovations kitchen and flooring throughout !!Newly painted throughout interior with updated decor and new king bed. Walk out the front door and you are 1/2 block to the beach and Ocean City's fantastic boardwalk. 3 level town home with beach house charm. Walk to everything you need with parking for two cars under unit. Pets allowed with approval with a $100 pet fee per pet- (flat not nightly). Comfort and a real find in OC.
