This zinc house, completely remodeled for your comfort and fully equipped, has a garden where you can fully enjoy the tranquility of the place. Located in the heart of the beautiful Brière Regional Natural Park, you are just a few kilometers from the main points of interest of the area.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

This is a charming 160 m² house, on 2 levels, located in a private residential area, very sunny and on the water! The 180° view of Pen-Bé Bay is exceptional and changes at every moment of the day. The beach and GR 34 are at the end of the garden. There is a 500 m² enclosed garden that surrounds the entire resort.
