Beautiful apartment, very new, spacious. No problems at all with ambient noise. Great bed and lovely shower. Kitchen fully equipped. And a nice balcony!! And Fernando was very service oriented.

The place is comfortable, beautiful and super clean with everything you might need. Carmen is a wonderful host; communication is fast and gives you all the facilities in the world. To repeat.

We were two couples with a child and we were very comfortable. Everything was clean and as described. Also the location is fantastic because everything is 5-10 minutes away on foot

The apartment is in a good location, spacious and very well-equipped. It also has an underground car park.

The stay in Sandra and Jorge's apartment has been wonderful. It's in a quiet spot and very close to everything. I felt right at home, everything was super clean and had everything you need. Sandra and Jorge are lovely! I would definitely repeat a thousand times my trip to gijon and even more if it is in your apartment.

Well-equipped and very well-located accommodation (at the entrance to the city when arriving from the highway, 5 minutes' walk from the city center and with a supermarket in front of the residence): the ideal place to visit Llanes, its surroundings and the peaks of Europe. The private parking in the basement is a real plus: you can be sure of being able to park at any time. Pablo is very responsive and answered all our questions and Laura greeted us in person to explain everything. Very nice.

Goretti is a passionate hostess, and you can tell in the encounters and in her cordiality. What have we experienced? A balcony overlooking the mountains with enough space to enjoy your wine with olives, dinner in the beautiful garden (barbecue available), lunch in the restaurant in the hotel nearby, two great hikes in the Picos (book the cable car early!). The apartment is a bit noisy, but since there is little traffic on the street in the evening, it is not too bad.

We spent a weekend, to take advantage of and do the Cares route, the views from the apartment are spectacular and it is worth staying here for a few days

The apartment was just as Letty had told us, she was very attentive to us and always available for anything. Everything was perfectly clean and equipped, even more than the essentials, it had everything. Letty recommended several places to see and restaurants. Definitely a place to come back to.

Pablo is a super attentive and kind host. The apartment is small but cozy. It is located in a gorgeous and gorgeous area.

The apartment seemed very nice to us, tastefully decorated and very well used, everything was impeccable, very comfortable bed and sofa, kitchen perfectly integrated into the living room with everything you need for cooking. The outdoor space is a fantastic addition as we travel with a pet. It has a parking space, which increases comfort when starting or ending trips. Communication was smooth from the start and the host's service was impeccable. The area is quiet (we visited in September). It is a beautiful village with a lot of charm and has all the basic amenities, well connected to the highway which made the daily trips we made faster. We thought it was a very good option and we were totally satisfied with our stay, we will definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

Cozy apartment, super new and in a very quiet area of Luanco. Pedro leaves you breakfast for the stay, a touch. The terrace, small but super well located to make her all the meals and cenas si apetece. The spectacular development. Too bad we weren't able to premiere the pool. It's September, and we didn't expect to use it either. Very good accommodation. We were very comfortable.

The apartment is small but for what we wanted it to be sleeping was great, it has a lovely terrace the pity that we could not use it for the bad weather but it would definitely repeat

Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, central, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a swimming pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From the first minute we felt at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, having availability they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We will definitely repeat. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

Excellent apartment. Very conveniently located, close to the center. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. There is a walking trail 5 minutes away. The apartment has everything you need for living. Excellent underground parking. The owner and hostess were very nice, friendly. We will come back again.

We stayed for a week, everything was super great, the perfect location to be able to travel to wonderful places on the coast of Asturias, the house is fully equipped and with plenty of space to store luggage, the surroundings of the house are wonderful, with a swimming pool and garden to disconnect and relax. Jose and Rebeca are very kind, we would definitely come back.

With all the amenities the listing shows. Clean and comfortable apartment. Since it's August, parking is difficult, so the parking is great. Marta is an excellent host, always attentive, gives good recommendations and excellent treatment. Highly recommendable.
