Our mission is to create modern boutique accommodation with as little environmental impact as possible. Much of the apartment, and its furniture, is made from wood sustainably sourced from our land and we use natural/chemical free building materials whenever possible. For other materials we always try to source locally and sustainably.

Potes, capital of the area, is 7 km away. 35 km away we have the Cable Car from Fuente Dé that takes you up to Picos and 50 km to the beaches of San Vicente de la Barquera. It is an old building that has been completely renovated and equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances, dishes, bed linens, and towels. It has a closed patio with access from the kitchen to relax or eat outside and a balcony overlooking the street.
