A nice apartment with everything within walking distance. If you have a car, you have to take into account the difficulty of parking. Parking garage within 10 minutes walking distance.

We really enjoyed the apartment and it has tremendous views of the Mar Menor with a nice sized balcony to enjoy it from. You get great sunrise and sunset views which can even be enjoyed from the living room. Being 3 bedroom there was plenty of space for the two of us and it's equipped sufficiently for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment block's well maintained with friendly residents and staff and only 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and a well stocked Spar supermarket. Its location is also peaceful and safe at night. The tennis club nearby is a lovely place to have a few evening drinks and there's 3 good local restaurants we particularly enjoyed, Chiringuito, Piccolo Mare (more for Indian food) and El Secreto. The only suggestion is a house book with information about the appliances, local transport, amenities etc, which would have been useful. It would save having to request information from the hosts directly although Nano responded promptly to us.

Nice, clean, with great drafts and tastefully renovated. The location and views we loved it even though it's not for anyone. You have to walk at least ten minutes to reach services and beaches, but it was really worth it. Being close to the Amoladeras, Cabo de Palos and the beaches of the Mar Menor is a privilege. We thought it had a terrace for a photo. It's a communal canopy with chairs to accommodate. Not comfortable if you don't want to disturb. A great apartment. To repeat without a doubt.

Sabrina and Jose Luis were excellent hosts. We arrived in early after a long train journey and they facilitated us with an early check-in. The apartment is centrally located and is bigger than it looks in the photographs. While on a square with restaurants the bedrooms are at the back and is very peaceful at night. This is a nice place to stay for a relaxing few days in Cartagena and I highly recommend it.

We (2 adults and 2 children) spent 7 wonderful nights in this great place and can fully recommend it! The house is very modern, absolutely clean and well equipped. We particularly liked the two terraces – the roof terrace offers a fantastic view of the pool and on the other side of the lake – just perfect for relaxing! The private entrance to the property ensures a lot of privacy, and the entire resort is very well maintained and safe – with barrier, security guard and even its own access to the lake. An absolute dream for families! We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an excellent experience at this Airbnb. Oleg's kindness made all the difference: he was always attentive and attentive to any request or inquiry, responding quickly and willingly. Unbeatable location, easy access to everything we needed, and the view from the home is simply spectacular. Also, the place was impeccably clean, which made us feel very comfortable from the moment we were. Without a doubt, I would recommend it and I would come back without thinking about it.

The apartment was even nicer than the photos. You could see the beautiful sea from every window. The balcony is small but perfect for 2/3 people to sit and relax with an amazing view. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need. Plenty towels, shower gels, shampoos and conditioners and good showers. It is very modern and a very high standard in comparison to other places we have stayed. The air-conditioning is fantastic and piped to the rooms which is very quite and doesn't disturb your sleep! We only use it at night and it was great. Viktoria is an excellent host. She was always contactable and replied really promptly to any questions we had. The location is lovely, gorgeous beaches outside the door - a bit rocky, however some locals put in ladders in the beach right opposite us so it was easy to get in and out - and it was the nicest place to swim of all the great beaches around. The main beaches and nightlife are a short walk away. It was really perfect.

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia treated us with a lot of understanding and attention.

Everything was perfect. We received very good (and very clear) directions from the owner. Very comfortable smart lock. The house had everything you need. We already knew the area, because we go regularly, so it is very likely that we will try to return to this house. Lastly: very good quality/price. Thank you for everything.

Very spacious and clean apartment that has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The views from the balcony are spectacular. Able to park a car right outside the front door which was very handy for us with golf clubs and other bits to keep carrying in and out. Will definitely be booking here again. Five stars!!!!!

Loved our stay at this place . It is modern , clean and accessible . Fantastic location , central to restaurants , bars and sporting facilities . Our only minor problem was the seating on the upstairs balcony the seats were all broken and unusable.

It was a nice short stay that deserves the name vacation, as everything was as described before and the check-in was easy thanks to Sergio's clear and good instructions. He also fulfilled our special request. The only drawback was the very narrow parking spaces. But Sergio can't do anything about that and there are also plenty of options outside the parking lot belonging to the accommodation in the immediate vicinity and free of charge. If we are looking for accommodation in this area again, we will ask Sergio first.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modern. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partly permanent residents and holiday guests, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. Pools were never overcrowded. me and my 4 friends came for my birthday, i couldn’t of asked for a better time! the flat was spotless and comfortably slept 5. there are a few restaurants walking distance, but if we were looking for something more, the marina was only a 10 min taxi, and usually cost about €8-€10! the pool was very quite, clean and most of the neighbours were really friendly. any questions i had, i would message the owners and they would respond really quick. the jacuzzi is a lovely touch, really relaxing. i would recommend this flat for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday away! thank you 🩷

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.
