nice and quiet place, super safe, you can disconnect, there is no signal but it has wifi. if you are going with children or very adult people, you would have to be careful with the stairs.

My husband, my pet and I had a great time. The place is very intimate, quiet, well designed and had all the necessary equipment to have a peaceful stay. Highly recommended for a family getaway and a change of climate. Natlia was very attentive to us and clear in the instructions. We hope to come back soon!

Our stay with my family was very nice. We went to celebrate my mother's birthday and she loved the place and was very happy. Highly recommended. The place and Mrs. Lilian are very kind.

Pros: Perfect space for large families. The children had plenty to enjoy within the space and we had everything we needed to fill at home. Ruth was very responsive to all questions and concerns! She and her family were absolutely amazing hosts. The community is friendly & walkable to small tiendas. The house is located in a private community of luxurious houses and a large park. The major store is about a 34 minute walk or you can take a tut tut (moto cab). For the adventurous at heart they are plenty of independently operated buses/cabs. Cons: The small nearby stores close early and only accept cash. Ubers would cancel frequently. Renting a car would be conducive for large families. It is about a 1 hour 15 minute ride to Lima depending on traffic. (However it’s about 35 min drive to Ate and 15-20 min drive to Chosica downtown which was really cute town.) The place is excellent, the apartment is very comfortable, the area is quiet and safe, I did not have any inconvenience, Valeria was always attentive to all needs and supported us at all times. I would definitely come back.

The apartment was quite nice, it is a new building and it is on a high floor with elevator. half a block from a main avenue where there are grocery stores, banks, starbucks, restaurants,etc. I really liked it and would book it again.

Marita was very helpful and accommodating from the beginning. The apartment was spotless, there was clean linen, a working washing machine (though no dryer and you can buy detergent at the store attached to the same building), and a fantastic view of the city from the balcony. She did have basic kitchen utensils and soap for use which was very nice.
