Lots of great walks, and close to bike trail..12km from the beach If you like animals and a bit of outdoor space you will like it here. (there can be insects and spiders)

From here you can: watch the sunrise over the water; enjoy the ever-changing view of the tide; watch the varied and rich bird life; or relax while reading or playing games from our library. Feel more energetic? Walk to the surf beach; visit the hot pools or take a walk on the water edge. We follow AirBnB cleaning protocols.

Own entrance, ensuite, fast Wifi, plenty of off street parking. Linen, towels, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, microwave and crockery provided. 2 rooms with adjoining doors, great for a friends getaway. Not suitable for small children. Waihi Beach House Studio Unit

Self contained, fully carpeted studio unit. Very private. Not suitable for children or mobile infants. Waihi Beach is a short walk away from the studio unit. There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby in the village all walking distance if required. During the winter season however some of the cafes and restaurants do close mid week. Please let me know if you require anything. There are two small dogs on the property but are contained in a seperate area from the studio unit.
