Access to large fenced yard and deck included. We stock coffee and tea for guests booking in advance, and you’ll find various seasonings and staples in the cupboards.

This is a one bedroom, second story apartment located in Waverly, NY. We are centrally located, within minutes of Robert Packer Hospital & half an hour from Arnot Ogden Memorial Hospital. We are within driving distance of Sayre, Elmira, Watkins Glen, Ithaca & Binghamton. Easy access to I-81. ***Max occupancy is four guests. Anyone staying overnight must be listed in the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if occupancy exceeds four guests. Animals prohibited.***

The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

We normally ask for two nights- however, if you need one night ask & you can possibly snag this lovely place for one night! Light & Lovely Chateau is close to all of the favorite destinations in the northern tier of Pennsylvania including Mansfield University. We try to ensure guests have a wonderful experience!
