We really enjoyed our stay at David's Holiday Home on the Kilronan Castle Estate. The location proved convenient for day trips to Co. Donegal, Co. Galway, and especially Co. Sligo (which was one of our favorites!). The unit had everything we needed for our family of 4 (including 2 teens) to spread out and enjoy, prepare meals, and even do laundry (we stayed there during the middle of a multi-week trip to UK & Ireland.) Everything was as described in the place- and, importantly, the beds were comfortable. My family enjoyed exploring the castle grounds, while I (Sean's wife) splurged for a wonderful massage and Thermal Suite at the Spa. Hubby & I also enjoyed a Guinness in the castle Dungeon Bar a couple of nights during our stay. Check-in & other instructions were clear and easy to follow. David was prompt in following up with any questions we had. We would happily stay again and/ or recommend to others.

We spent a beautiful week at Driney house. The children enjoyed the swimming pool, going out on the boats on the lake, paddle boarding as well as fishing on the lake. We played many other games (French billiards,tennis, badminton, darts, ping pong) all provided for us by the very welcoming hosts- Patrick and Caroline. All 11 of us (3 families) felt very comfortable in their cosy home, we explored the area and there was so much to do. It rained every day on our holiday (on and off) but this didn’t stop us to visit beautiful places and for all our children (10yrs-16yrs) to find something fun to do. It is such an idilic place and we would love to return one day.

Very comfortable house in a quiet but convenient & accessible location. Billy & Orlaigh made us very welcome & went out of their way to ensure our stay was exceptional. The house is spacious & the beds comfortable. It would be a pleasure to return here.

Angela’s accommodation at Kilduff’s Farmhouse is well equipped with everything you’ll need, it is well appointed, warm and comfortable. As the name suggests, the setting is rural and quiet. Be aware shops and facilities are all a drive away, so plan accordingly. We found excellent restaurants and bars in the area, all run by engaging, welcoming locals. Angela’s communications were spot on and prompt. We enjoyed our stay and commend Kilduff’s Farmhouse to you.

Thank you to Maria who offered us a fully-equipped house, with everything we needed as well as small touches for breakfast. It was perfect! She was nearby if we needed her and came to make sure we were well settled in!! We recommend it!

This is a special cottage in a gorgeous location. Peaceful, cozy, and full of history. The house has been beautifully cared for and it is obvious that Conor has put a lot of thought and care into making everything comfortable. I wish we had been able to stay more than 3 nights!

We had a great time in Deirdre’s place. She was so welcoming and informative. She even offered us a lift in and out of nearby town Killaloe as she was going in anyway which we thought was very kind. We sat out watching the sunset enjoying a drink kept company by the dog lassie, who is really friendly and loves a rub. On check out day Deirdre messaged us to say take our time with check out as the place wasn’t booked, another really kind gesture. Very beautiful surroundings and such a lovely welcoming host. Would highly recommend.

I travelled with my sister, we had a fantastic holiday. Mao's place is an ideal location, as it's so close to all the attractions, from Brittas Lake, to Slieve Bloom, so many differ ares along here to hike from, also Ridge of Cappard Glenbarrow Recreational area, so much to see and enjoy. Mai has so many brochures, leaflets in the house with so much information that it is easy to plan out each place to visit. We sat outside the front of our accommodation late evening and watched the sunset, we got to watch two deer playing in the front field a two hare and a rabbit. There is so much room around the property it feels so free here. Our bedrooms were small and cosy with a toilet and sink in each one, main bathroom had shower/bath plenty of hot water available, cooking facilities were perfect as was the cosy sitting room. patio was nice two chairs, maybe a BBQ would have been nice as weather was fantastic. I would recommend Mai's accommodation you won't be disappointed.

Really lovely house with loads of space and fantastic feel to it. Takes a minute to get used to a 'smart house' but was fun experience! Would definitely recommend location as very peaceful indeed and the house offering a gym and sauna pod is above and beyond.

I absolutely loved my stay at the lodge. It really is the most gorgeous place and is surrounded by woodland to one side and rolling hills to the other. I needed somewhere to escape to for a relaxing weekend away and this couldn’t have been more perfect - it’s so cosy, comfortable and the attention to detail is just wonderful - it felt like home (a very beautifully styled version of home) and I didn’t want to leave. The gardens are lovely too - lots of different spots to relax and enjoy the sunshine and the sound of the birds and the river. Ken was a lovely host - he organised some food and drink for me for when I arrived so that I didn’t have to worry about shopping. He shared recommendations of things to do and checked in with me during my stay to make sure all was ok. I really did feel thoroughly spoilt!

This was our second time staying at Peter’s place with an infant and it was just perfect. Lovely, clean and spacious rooms with everything you would need. Very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts.

David greeted us on arrival, even though we were running very late. His communication for all aspects of our stay (check-in, information etc) was outstanding. He was friendly and approachable. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome pack of bread, milk, butter and cake was a lovely surprise. All of our party would recommend the accommodation and have nothing but praise for our host David for his helpfulness.

What a brilliant stay. The house is amazing and so big, spacious and clean. Very close to the town and had everything we could have needed in it. Amazing value for money. Mick was an brilliant host who instantly responded to any messages or queries we had. Thank you, we will be back same time next year.

Everything was really a very pleasant experience! The descriptions and pictures were spot on! Fergus is such a down to earth person that is there to help with whatever questions or needs you might have. It is definitely off the beaten path but we found that added to the charm. Overall it was more than we expected and you can’t go wrong booking with Fergus!

Linda Is a great host and the home is beautiful in and out . She is a great host who checks in on you and is very helpful and welcoming . Some of my Family was flying in before checking in and she offered they check in early. Linda my family and I thank you for helping make our stay in Ireland so memorable . We would recommend anyone looking for a spacious home in a quite private location to stay here. Thank You Linda!

Fabulous, spacious home. Very large kitchen with cosy Aga, dining, living space with direct views of the lake. 4 newly carpeted bedrooms, all ensuite with additional cloakroom as well. Very much a family space with lots of room for larger groups. Amazing selection of DVDs and books. Lovely and quiet at the end of a narrow lane; no passing traffic. Lots of things available to use - fire pit, bbq, garden with 2 gated entrances. Great, safe space for dogs. We loved our time here. Hosts were extremely quick to respond to any queries. Happy eo recommend.

Cathal was a great host! He was super helpful with everything and the house was ideal for my stay I would highly recommend staying here.

The cottage was beautifully presented, with a welcome pack. There is plenty of parking, easy to find and using the lock box was very practical. Very peaceful location. The cottage was comfortable and a pleasant court yard to sit in the sun. It is a short distance from Dublin (we used the park and ride on the trams to go to the city) and the Wicklow mountains suited our requirements perfectly.
