We had a great stay! The place is super well organized, clean and cozy. Everything was impeccable and equipped with what we needed: kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels — everything very well cared for and tidy. The location is also great, with easy access and in a quiet area. The host Emíly was very attentive and always made herself available to help us. The independent entrance is a differential that guaranteed more convenience and privacy. I definitely recommend it!

I went to spend the weekend of Valentine's Day and I was very well attended by Tom, very clear in the explanations, everything in the smallest details. The Studio is exactly as in the photos, everything very clean and organized, excellent shower and the highlight is the location, easy access to all neighborhoods of SP. I recommend it and will be back.

I loved the stay, everything was very beautiful, organized and clean! When we arrived, music was already playing, and the place was decorated in a romantic atmosphere. Everything is perfect, the view is incredible and the photos in the ad match the reality.

Complete location, you don't have to worry about anything! There's everything in the kitchen if you want to cook, there are directions for ordering food or restaurants nearby. We were very well received and were extremely comfortable. We will return many times. I went to spend just one more weekend anywhere with my wife and we fell in love with the place and the hospitality. Thank you very much Adriana and Roni, you nailed it.

Maickon helped us from the beginning to the end of our stay, provided all the necessary support and made us feel very comfortable in our accommodation! The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need for the comfort and practicality of a stay that we don't find in hotels! The location is excellent, offering easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, shopping malls, as well as easy transportation between the best neighborhoods in São Paulo. The property is a good size for two people and has good solutions for using the space. The night view is incredible and worth being in the trip records. The condominium where it is located (All Aclimação) has a good structure and is quite new and organized. Regarding the neighborhood, I had never stayed in Aclimação, in São Paulo, but it will be my base from now on. The surroundings of the property are very peaceful and the temperature is milder than in the rest of the city.

Mohammed was very helpful and kind, allowing us to leave our luggage at the accommodation before check-in. The apartment is beautiful, charming, well decorated and super functional for 2 people. The only point for those who are bothered by brightness to sleep: despite having blackout, the curtains do not fully cover the window and let a beam of light into the apartment, but nothing that an eye patch does not solve!

Besides Tarcísio's friendliness, what surprised me the most was the building's security — impeccable! The loft is complete and very well equipped: brand new kitchen utensils, a comfortable space for a home office and a rare tranquility to be found in São Paulo. Everything was extremely clean and organized. The shining refrigerator, new and functional appliances, and clearly and practically laid out instructions for use - helped a lot during the stay. The windows provide beautiful views and the sunset is simply breathtaking! A detail that makes all the difference is the grocery store inside the building: easy to use, accessible and super practical. The cleanliness was another highlight: pleasant aroma right at the entrance, impeccable environments, spare garbage bags available... everything thought out with great care and attention to detail. An excellent experience in every way. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Quick and practical check-in directly with the building's concierge. Excellent location, with Shopping Frei Caneca about 5 minutes' walk and Higienópolis-Mackenzie station about 7 minutes' walk. I recommend it! You can go without fear that you will like it!
