Great stay, we will return in the future!! The house is very cozy, it was very clean and comfortable. We used the fireplace and it was tasty. Comfortable shower and bed It's not close to Capivari (20min) but I prefer to be well immersed in nature. Neighborhood is away but I felt very safe The only point of attention is access. The host notifies and the listing makes it clear that they have stairs. It's a relatively steep staircase, so it's not a place to go with a lot of suitcases. The dirt road is difficult but very short, I went with a low car and I did not have many problems, just a few branches that were stuck in the wheel of the car.

The common areas are integrated, making socializing perfect even with people doing different things at the same time. The condominium is very good, safe, beautiful, wooded and quiet. The rooms are great, the beds are also great and all with air-conditioning that works perfectly. The bathrooms are complete. The house was just like the listing. In good region, beautiful and airy. We had a small accident on our tour, and in it I hurt my foot, which made it a little complicated to go up and down the access stairs to the house, but nothing very impossible. The region itself is very calm and with a beautiful view. Next to the beach, restaurants and viewpoints. Taking the detail of the stairs was all perfect and it was worth a lot to have stayed with Keith. The township who made the contact with her was my companion, I was totally disconnected from duties, I went just to relax, and with her instructions it was easy for him too. I will repeat the trip whenever possible.

Beautiful house, brand new with everything good quality. Quiet and easy to access location. The only point is that the coffee filter and noodle drainer stand was missing. The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

The home was charming and was really nice but the views and location are beyond description. I have seen very few properties around the world this beautiful. Words won’t do it justice so I’ll be brief . The only thing better was the staff. Juninho and Rosa are the best asset this property has and that’s saying a lot. We loved the house! Our stay was great! Spacious, comfortable and organized house! All of us mainly children love heated pool! Full kitchen we don't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, potable filtered water (no need to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with the tent assembly! We missed some more beach chairs to be made available, but it went well because we used the chairs of the beach stalls! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, slide in the pool that there was no time to enjoy everything! Tv didn't even have time to call! Dayane is a great host, responds quickly by being very polite always, gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

Very spacious and cozy apartment, we went in 6 people and we were quite comfortable. The kitchen is complete and equipped, we don't need to take anything. We went on the extended April holiday and arrived there and surprised us with the impeccable cleaning, the house is beyond what is seen in the photos, a very pleasant, quiet environment. Large house, spacious rooms and pleasant atmosphere and all clean. The only thing that bothered a little was that the owner asked to enter the house twice when there was no one inside the house. The second time he said he would need to maintain the pool and I explained that we were out and that we were not using the pool, but still he insisted to go at that time .
