We had an excellent stay. The house is very well equipped, with everything we needed to be comfortable, and the pool was perfect to enjoy as a family. The person in charge was very kind and always attentive to our needs. We would definitely come back!

Alvaro’s place blew our minds, very well above our expectations. The place is very spacious, amazing decoration, beach front, pool, etc. Great place for a peaceful stay in front of the beach, amazing for kitesurfers. Salinas del Rey kitesurfing center is just 10 mins away.

Everything was great.

Good location, spacious and comfortable apartment. The only thing is that the room got very hot during the day due to the lack of air conditioning in the area, and the one that was there did not cool it down enough. But the one in the room area is. I recommend it

A very nice, family space and everything is brand new!!! The host Gustavo is super attentive to what we need, responds very quickly and is also very kind!! It has complete kitchenware, everything is very clean, close to tourist sites and restaurants, a pleasant area and with everything you need to have a very happy stay! Highly recommended

Great location

Sebastian has the perfect apartment. It is very spacious, clean, quiet, has all the amenities, everything is new. I loved our stay there. I travel to Colombia frequently & usually it is just the 2 of us. Most apartments still feel a little crowded. This trip there was 5 of us, and we never felt crowded. There is so much room to move about, and the bedrooms each have giant closets for your cloths & luggage. I highly recommend Sebastian’s apartment, it truly is a perfect unit.

I stayed with my parents, my brother, my aunt and my husband with the aim of visiting family. The apartment was very comfortable, well organized and nice, in an area that we felt very safe and close to shops. The air conditioning is very effective and each agitation has a good supply of what is needed to rest. The room does not need air conditioning, because with the windows open there is very good air circulation during the seasons of the year in which we were. There are several steps to follow with different aspects of the apartment, and Sandra, the host, is very clear in giving instructions to resolve each situation without additional help. Although there were some details, Sandra was very attentive, responded and maintained very good communication. We would definitely stay in his apartment on a future visit to Barranquilla. Please note that the washing machine is only available for stays of 4 nights or more.
