Barn holiday rentals in Atlas Mountains

Vi havde et meget dejligt ophold i huset. Vejret var ikke godt i perioden omkring den 28. - 31. oktober. Det var ugen med Regn, torden og lyn, som jo blev en katastrofe for andre steder i Spanien - især Valencia. De første fem dage (22.-26. okt.) var vi i huset med vores 7 ansatte - studietur, hvor vi bl.a. besøgte Alhambra. Vi startede hver dag med yoga udendørs og sprang i poolen bagefter - skøn oplevelse for alle! Da familien tog over (uge 2) og vejret skiftede, sørgede Ma Carmen for, at varmen blev skruet op og vi fik brænde til pejsen. Vi havde det meget hyggeligt i huset med vores børn og børnebørn, til hvem vi havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for af børnesenge, - stole og legetøj - der manglede ikke noget! Der var dejligt sengetøj og tæpper til alle. Landskabet og huset er enormt smukt og næsten hver dag oplevede vi hyrden med sine geder, får og hunde på bjergsiden - meget fascinerende! Vejen op til huset kræver en god bil!! Det er en meget smal og snoet bjergvej!

Ha sido un gran acierto. Desde el primer momento, Clara ha estado pendiente, dándonos instrucciones claras de como llegar ya que por el GPS era un poco confuso. El alojamiento estaba impecable con muchos detalles que le dan calidad. Durante toda la estancia Clara y Paco han estado pendientes por si necesitábamos algo. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Wow! I am sat here back at work wondering why i hadn't stayed for longer than a weekend!? The perfect few days, surrounded by animals, dogs, cats, pigs and horses, stunning views and the loveliest family and new friends! My friend and I booked this stay purposely for the horse riding and we really had the best time, we rode every day we were there and made some solid core memories. The horses are all so well looked after and the riding through the valley is stunning. Thankyou so so much Zoe, Martin and family for welcoming us in to your beautiful home and making us feel so welcome. I am already trying to figure out when i can come back :) Few things to note - I would say you need a car as there isn't anything within walking distance, the property doesn't lock but you are staying within the family's home so everything is super safe. If you dont like animals this isn't the place for you, there is a massive pool, a beautiful view and it really is just the perfect place to recharge.

Mike ist ein sehr sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns einiges über die Region und das Dorf erzählt. Es war sehr interessant zu hören. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Landschaft in den Bergen ist sehr idyllisch und es ist angenehm ruhig. Man kann super wandern gehen. Wir hatten das Glück, den für das Dorf sehr seltenen herabkommenden Regen mitzuerleben. Trotzdem werden wir nächstes Mal gerne im frühen Sommer anreisen. Wir empfehlen nicht mit einem tiefen Auto anzureisen, da es ein paar Schlaglöcher und unwegsames Gelände gibt. Das WLAN ist nicht für Videocalls geeignet, das sollte man beachten, wenn man arbeiten muss. Wir empfehlen Mike und den liebevoll umgebauten Tack Room sehr. Ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, ein wunderschönes Dorf und eine liebevolle einfache Unterkunft laden zu kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalten ein. Wir freuen uns, hier gewesen zu sein.

Literally everything was great - very clean accommodation, all amenities available, the incredibly beautiful guesthouse that constantly gave the impression that we were in a wonderland. Nienke always responded quickly to all our messages and was there when we needed her. We are very grateful to her for all the recommendations and help. We really felt like we stayed at our friends' house. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars to this place, I would gladly do so. We would love to come back here again!

Sejour tres agreable region tres éclectique si vous passez par la n oubliez pas l ile de farlo quand a la maison yelena possède un petit bijoux mais il faudra etre un amoureux de la nature sauvage et pas tres regardant sur les equipements la piscine est un havre de paix pour se faire plaisir apres les longues balades journalières je recommande chaudement l endroit

Excellent séjour chez Tim et Helga qui ont été des hôtes accueillants et sympathiques ainsi que leurs 3 chiens ! La grange est un endroit paisible, la terrasse est agréable et profiter de la piscine est vraiment appréciable. Nigüelas est un charmant village accessible à pied et un point de départ pour visiter Grenade et ses environs, les villages blancs des Alpujarras...

hemos pasado aquí 4 días en la casita del faro yo mi mujer y mis hijos uno de ellos un bebé y el otro de 7 años el cual ha disfrutado increíble de ese jardín tan grande, le damos un 10 a esta maravillosa casita de francisco un anfitrión de 10 La finca le damos un 10 el acceso la privacidad la desconexión con el mundo y a la vez todo tan cerca restaurantes supermercados farmacias todo a minutos un lugar increíble para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza la barbacoa la piscina todo lo que tienen montado aquí merece mucho la pena visitarlo y quedarte unos días de echo se nos hizo muy corto pero volveremos . Es un placer haber encontrado este lugar y haber pasado aquí 4 días merece mucho la pena. Francisco está pendiente de que no te falte de nada y te lo hace saber y a la vez tienes toda la privacidad del mundo gracias por todo Saludos de toda la familia Nos veremos pronto

We had a fantastic stay at the Olive Farm. It was a beautiful location with stunning views over the national park and reservoir. The pool is very private and catches the sun all day. The apartment itself was very clean and well decorated. Breakfast each morning was a treat and it is only a short walk from the small town. We even had a tour of the olive oil production line. Thank you for a very relaxing stay!

I wish I had more than 2 nights / 3 days. what a place we found. beautiful, peaceful, you can tell how much painstaking work went into restoring the space over a long period of time. the views amazing, the hosts are super welcoming as well. I felt super relaxed after a few days. what a wonderful find. if you are in the market for a quiet getaway for a few days in the mountains, I highly recommend this place

Such a special accommodation in the middle of nature. Although there are a few other apartments on the grounds, it feels like you’re on your own. The hosts were there if we needed anything and the apartment had everything that you could need for a stay in a remote place. If you need a break from your busy life, this is definitely the place for you!

En principio pensé que trataba directamente con los propietarios pero fue con un intermediario. Tanto Ana (la intermediaria) como los propietarios estuvieron en todo momento pendientes de nosotros. Robert y Pascalle son una pareja holandesa muy agradable y cariñosa. La casa es tranquila y no le falta ningún detalle. Muy recomendable.

Just what we needed for a weekend break to switch off. The place is extremely peaceful and feels very private despite being part of a larger complex. Everything was clean and as described. If you want a relaxing stay in the countryside with good restaurants and entertainment a 45 minute drive away then this is the place for you. Robert is friendly, responsive and helpful.
