Independent country/beach space

We are a family of 6 that left city life and we currently live in a house in the country/beachside in a 3-house quiet street. Your room, with a WC, is outside the house and independent, perfect for enjoying chill days, nights, and sunsets in the garden with a sea view. There is a bus 5 min walk direct to Lisbon and Peniche and the closest beach is a 3 km/25min walk. The room is adequate for remote work and to relax in peace after a day traveling or at the beach. Space for car, van, bike, boards.

Cool yet cosy with all modern facilities. In Sao Bernardino, very close to 2 beaches, one is pet friendly. Beautifully large refurbished studio adjoins the primary residence. Large bedroom, separate bathroom & living room with open plan kitchen. Set in a rustic yet stunning garden. Private & tranquil but close to all the action. Listen to the birds cheep & the waves roar. One extra large bed 200cm & one day bed 80cm which can extend into a double. Long stay discounts available, always ask.

our stay at Valentina's was perfect and the place just as she described. very solid for surfing in Peniche or doing other things. communication was fast and good and the rooms as well as the kitchen had everything what one needs. the price was also very good! The dog Luna is as lovely as the owner Valentina and her husband. I would come again if I visit Peniche again in the future.

This is a hostel close to a lovely beach. Many nice towns to visit near by. The staff were lovely. Made fantastic pizza and wine only 7 euros extra. They went out of their way to help, with every request. Next time I'll come prepared to surf! BTW, they had bicycles and wet suits to lend, and an ever open bar (reasonable prices). Well done, Pablo.

It was a great stay. The house is located well, with the car all peniche and Baleal surf spots are reachable within 15min. Also the community in the house is super nice and respectful and Franco is a great host. Definitely would go there again
