Incredible place and location! We will surely miss it!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The house was exactly as pictured - clean, modern, and bright. The pool and deck were beautiful and we spent many evenings just enjoying that space. The neighborhood is quiet and you are a very short drive from the town and the beach. It’s a great spot to do day trips from as well. There is also a large supermarket right nearby which was great to have. It was hard for us to leave and we definitely recommend this house!

The location is excellent, within walking distance to grocery stores and a bakery; easy driving distance to downtown, beaches and Sítio. The pool was lovely and the beds very comfortable for our group. Paula was easy to reach and very responsive. Nazaré was my favorite place in all of our Portuguese adventures and cannot wait to go back.

We had a great time here, the area is quiet yet close to everything and the house is fantastic. We unfortunately ran into water access problems for a day (which the host can’t do anything about) but was fortunately well resolved by the helpful hosts

Wow, Antje’s place is even better than the photos! It’s spacious and beautiful and the outside area and pool is perfect! We loved it so much and will definitely be back! Antje had great recommendations and was always very helpful and responsive. Thanks so much!

This place was absolutely fantastic for our family holiday. The place was extremely well equipped, modern & clean. The house is beautiful. The host was very responsive in recommendations for places to eat and beaches etc.

Beautiful place. More beautiful than the pictures! A great value for the price. Meals on the balcony were gorgeous! What a view!! Christina was very accommodating. The house was super clean and had everything we needed.

The house is very nice and the idea is very well used. Mrs. Maria was always very helpful and super quick to respond. The location is good and close to Peniche, some distance from the hypermarkets but there are many local grocery stores that cater to whatever you need. We had the association very close, where you could drink coffee and buy fresh bread every day. Those were very calm and good days. I would recommend the house and the location, and perhaps I will return again.

The house is situated in an elevated position with great views of the sea and town, set in a large natural garden which you enter through electric gates. There is plenty of space to park your car and you can leave the surfboard on the roof rack confident that nobody can steal it. The house itself is beautifully renovated. Every aspect of it displays good taste. It is well-equipped and everything works perfectly. The location could not be better. A ten-minute walk takes you down through the old town with its many excellent eating places, to the town beach and promenade. The host, Anna, is charming and helpful. In short, we cannot recommend this place too strongly. It is one of the best rental homes we have ever stayed in.

It's so good I almost want to write a bad review to keep the place all to myself. The space is amazing in every sense, spacious, well-equipped, with breathtaking views and lots of options for both privacy and group activities. Claudia is an outstanding host, highly helpful and responsive. The views — don't get me started on the views, Peniche (and this particular spot) are forever in my heart and the hearts of my friends who joined me. I wish I could buy a place right next to this one. 100/10, see you guys next year!

Beautifully restored historic manor house. Everything we needed was provided. We loved the place and will stay again if we’re in the area.

Peaceful and clean duplex on the edge of Baleal/Ferrel. I don’t have kids, probly good for’em. Appreciated the back patio grilling, spot to clean wetsuits in the front, easy access, and pellet heater. Responsible and active hosts,

We had a lovely stay at this charming Airbnb, strategically located to enjoy Peniche. The space was cozy, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s in a great spot—just a short drive to beautiful beaches. Highly recommend grabbing a meal at Marisqueira da Ju for amazing seafood, and don’t miss a day trip to the stunning Berlengas Islands.

Great location near the lagoon, this quaint Portuguese home with a beautiful private yard/pool is perfect for a family vacation or just a romantic getaway. Carlos was responsive through the whole process and made us feel right at home. We will definitely return.

Nice place in a chill and quiet location. Very close to the beach. No problems getting in and out. Well equipped and ample room for a larger group. Had a great time.

Yves and Nora’s house is absolutely gorgeous - felt brand new loads of space and beautifully decorated and furnished. We were unlucky with the weather and only got to use the pool twice despite it being the end of June which was such a shame as we had planned on spending lots of time at the house. We visited the surrounding areas and found some quirky spots nice beaches if you got the weather. A car is a necessity in this area. An hour to Sintra, Cascais and Lisbon so plenty of day trips possible from this house. Peniche had some nice restaurants and coffee shops - a surfers dream with the surf and many surf shops . We loved the house.

Spacious house ideal for a surf trip, access to the beach is relatively close and everything you need to store the boards and dry the wetsuits. Adina is very kind and always responded quickly to our questions.

absolutely great place and host, we had a wonderful week

This is a wonderful place to stay in Óbidos. I have been visiting the area for over 30 years but this was the first time staying within the city walls. Maria's home is spacious, well equipped and very charming. Everything we needed was easily at hand and we felt very comfortable. We would heartily recommend this home to anyone, but it is important to understand the difficulties of accessing Óbidos by car. We would certainly stay again.
