very nice flat in a quiet location. The space was clean overall. Communication with the host with the arrival in the accommodation was not very responsive but once in the accommodation the communication was correct.

What we enjoyed: Cyprien's responsiveness, the calm in this neighborhood and in the apartment, its brightness, its decor and its neat layout, the great comfort of the mattress, the warm side of the parquet and everything we forget to say. We also loved the charm of this small, steep and authentic town. Small improvement possible, especially for the summer, provide cotton sheets and pillowcases.

Perfect! Beautiful apartment and great communication. The possibility of having the fridge filled on arrival is a precious plus when you arrive late. Thank you again!

Great garden and also not lacking in amenities. There was also a lot that was not listed, e.g. a boule court, table tennis table, table football, 2 grills...

Very nice, renovated and nicely decorated cottage. It offers all the necessary services to spend a few days quietly in Champagne. The kitchen is large and serves as a dining area. The vegetable garden is nice (you can use it) but takes a little space on the amenity to eat outside, or for the children to play. A large park/parking is however within a few meters. Shops are a few minutes drive away.

Anne Valérie's studio is ideally located for a successful stay. A terrace with ocean views, comfortable deckchairs to enjoy these precious moments. As for the apartment, we felt at home and left with great regrets. As it is a triplex, it is necessary to remember that there are a few steps to access the different floors. We will be happy to return to this apartment.

Apartment located near the center of Troyes, ideal for visiting the city. Quiet, well appointed and functional apartment. The beds are large and the bedding is very comfortable, from the mattress to the pillows. The welcome of the host, although our arrival was late, was outstanding and warm, thank you to him. Our experience was great and we will be back for sure.

Spacious, bright and comfortable, it may seem, for some, a little noisy on the morning as it is close to the railway. We adapted perfectly to this environment.
