Zur Stadtmitte / München Marienplatz braucht man ca. 30 Minuten. Ein kostenloser privater Autostellplatz ist vorhanden. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer im OG. Im EG das Gäste WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Das Wohnzimmer ist noch nicht neu renoviert, kann aber trotzdem eingeschränkt benutzt werden.

The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes.
