“Great location for Oktoberfest and great communication from Frederic. Be sure to understand parking situation as parking on street all day can be a pain and expensive. But if you have a small car you can fit into Frederic’s garage. I believe he explains all of this.”
The apartment is located in a very quiet location. The subway is just 1min away. With the subway you are downtown round about in 10 minutes. Around the location is a lot of nature and my neighbors are all very nice here.
