Holiday rentals with breakfast in Aude

First Aribnb experience for us, and we're not disappointed! Very nice house, comfortable and neat. Maryline was able to adapt to our needs. We were with our children aged 20 months and 4 years, very well equipped on site, it's quite suitable. The house is just next to the city, great location!

An excellent weekend in every way. Carole is a perfect host! The proposed room is spacious and has everything you need (special mention to the very good breakfast!). The chalet district is quiet, which is nice at night.

We immediately felt comfortable in this house, where every detail is well thought out. Nirina is warm and accommodating, everything went perfectly. The house is very well equipped and impeccably tidy — really only positive! I would highly recommend this stay! Thanks again!

Very good stay with Richard and Barbara! The accommodation is as described, the terrace is cozy, perfect for having a good time! Richard is affordable, responsive, and full of great tips!

The house matched the description and photos. Walking distance to the beach, bakery, promenade, each 10 minutes. Good amenities, also in the kitchen for self-catering. 1 terrace in front of and behind the house, to be able to eat outside depending on the sun. We were only able to use the terrace in front of the house intermittently due to unusually strong winds. For our part, we fully recommend the house.

Perfect accommodation for visiting Carcassonne with the family. Very friendly little touches from the host. I would recommend it in a second.

Florence's apartment is true to the listing, a real little cocoon. Ideally located, we parked the car in the garage and didn't touch it all weekend! The environment is quiet, with many restaurants around. Florence is very kind and concerned that our stay went well. A big thank you for this weekend!

I loved my stay in Béziers! Roland greeted me at the train station, gave me a tour of the apartment and left me something for breakfast and a bottle of wine! Excellent hospitality! The apartment is very well located in front of a very large park, and everything is within walking distance!

I was just passing through and only spent one night there. I really liked the accommodation, everything was clean and well equipped. The contact was very nice and accommodating. ONA, the sugar-sweet house dog, greeted me warmly right at the garden fence and demanded petting. If you look into these eyes, you can just melt away. I missed a socket in the bathroom, but maybe I just didn't find it. If I had stayed longer, I would have asked about it, but for the one night I took one of the other numerous sockets for the hair dryer. It wasn't loud in the apartment, but I had Oropax for the night against the refrigerator noise. I highly recommend this accommodation and would stay there again if the opportunity arose.

We spent a wonderful 10 weeks in Marc's lovely Narbonne apartment. It was so well located, and had everything we needed to feel at home as we explored Narbonne and Occitania. We especially loved the spacious terrace and the view of the cathedral from the bedrooms. Marc was always responsive and easy to deal with. Hoping to come back!

Great little apartment. 10 mins walk from the centre of town. Air conditioning was fantastic especially as it’s been 35 degrees this week. I would stay again. Valerie was very quick to respond and very kindly let me have a later check out time as my train didn’t leave till the afternoon. Thank you

Very nice welcome by Catherine who was able to advise me throughout my stay on visits and walks and with whom I was able to have good exchanges. Regarding accommodation, the room is bright and pleasant. The shared spaces are also very pleasant and the terrace is a real plus. Very good stay about 10 minutes' walk from the center but quiet, so very well located.

We spent one night at the accommodation and it went very smoothly. Thank you to Joëlle for her kindness and hospitality. I recommend this lovely guest room if you are visiting Gruissan!

We had a wonderful stay with Jean-Francois et Violaine. It was a wonderfully calm, elegant space with their artwork and ceramics enhancing the minimalist vibe. Comfy bed and wonderful to have a little kitchenette and fridge. I also loved reading Violaine’s lovely art books. The breakfast was a feast for the eyes and stomach lovely pastries, yoghurt, beautifully arranged fruit and bread with jams and goats cheese. So generous! They also kindly let us leave our cases after check out so we could go to Monoprix to grab some linen shirts and trousers. Great value and quality! We enjoyed food at Mr H (great seafood risotto) close by and the prix fixe at bistro Blasco at place Carnot. There is a wonderful wine bar on the way to the cite called cave urbaine fond Cypres where we enjoyed lovely local wines and mountain cheese before going up to the cite to watch the sunset. The market on a Saturday is also huge fun and very reasonable fruit and veg. We would love to go back!

I spent the weekend at Magali's apartment, had a great time with a magnificent view, a 30 second walk from the beach. Welcoming host and served us a good homemade breakfast. I recommend it!

Are you looking for peace and quiet combined with luxury? Then you HAVE TO go!! The property is really GREAT! Laure and Paulo are really super sweet people and have received us wonderfully. Everything is exactly as described and more!! The pool, jacuzzi and breakfast is really fantastic. Breakfast was lovingly prepared and served on time every morning. They really gave us personal attention and always responded quickly to our questions. My husband and I really enjoyed it and will be back very soon.

Pierre was very welcoming and flexible regarding our arrival. Excellent breakfast.

Staying at Frances's place was a pure magic! Enchanting garden, beautiful house, and Frances herself is a wonderful human and host. We absolutely loved our stay, and if we could give it 6 stars, we definitely would!
