Former home of a local captain, located above the Audierne harbor, unobstructed views of the boats and the mouth of the "Goyen" estuary. The house was built in 1892, restored in 1993/94, last renovations in 2016 and 2020/23 In the summer months of July and August, heating is not included in the rent, but can be used if necessary. In the other months, gas consumption for heating up to €60/week is included in the rent.

Nice wooden house, on one level, on a private plot with small sea view, located in a quiet area in the middle of Audierne Bay. The bedding is of quality and you will find all the comforts you need for your stay. You can walk to the beaches 500 m away and within 2 km to the bars, restaurants and shops. We just ask that you take care of the house and do not charge a cleaning fee.
