Large bathroom, shower, hairdryer, towels and amenities included. Kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Dining room with a single sofa bed. Rooftop terrace for smoking and a service room with washing machines, dryers, clothes iron, detergent and cleaning supplies.

Este hermoso loft es todo lo que necesitas para tu grandiosa estancia en una de las zonas más populares de la CDMX como lo es la Condesa. Cuenta con una terraza privada con un gran y hermoso árbol, el baño es grande y confortable, la habitación cuenta con una cama Queen y tiene 2 ventanas donde podrás escuchar a los pájaros por las mañanas. La casa es muy segura y encantadora. A unos cuantos minutos de Chapultepec y Reforma y tienes acceso fácil a los parques, museos y avenidas más importantes.

Our praceful place, perfect oasis in the city.

Discover the City from this small and cozy oasis. A space full of light and with details that will make you feel in Mexico. The place is very quiet and the apartment lovingly decorated. As a host we can support you with whatever you need, do not hesitate to ask and if it is in our hands we will gladly do so. High ceilings, wooden beams and traditional pasta floors. A loft with a lot of character. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom and its tub is an ideal way to end the day.

Sunny loft with a big terrace in a historic area

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

A roof garden features wooden benches and lounge chairs, surrounded by lush greenery and flowering plants. The tiled flooring offers an inviting space for relaxation, with ample sunlight illuminating the area under a clear blue sky.

Eco-friendly Oasis in Colonia Roma

Enjoy the city in a unique and peaceful location in Roma Sur. Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.

Lovely Studio w beauty Terrace

Best located studio on the top of a nice house in Condesa. Leafy terrace, high ceilings, large windows and loaded with everything you need! You get to the studio directly by an external stairs or through the house kitchen’s that works more as a common hallway and a staircase for your exclusive use (the blue ones showed in the pictures), that goes to the second floor. You never have to enter into the rest of the house.

A spacious living area is furnished with a gray sofa and a round coffee table, creating a comfortable setting. The kitchen features modern appliances and bar stools. Natural light floods the space through large sliding doors, complemented by indoor plants and stylish decor.

Private loft in a building with 24/7 surveillance in the heart of La Condesa. Prepared for 2 people, with a parking space. It has a full kitchen, utensils, oven, microwave, etc. It also has WiFi and pay TV, as well as a smart TV with Netflix and other apps. The bed is a full-size bed, very comfortable for a deep rest. The terrace is a very nice area to be, work, exercise or have a drink.
