Wonderful apartment right in the centre of Alesund. Stylish and homely at the same time, with a well-appointed kitchen and a comfortable living area. The bedroom itself had windows on both sides of the bed, looking out to the sea and to the mountain. I loved staying there. Thank you, Mona, for everything.

Very nice place to stay a few days, but also longer! Located in the city centre, so you can explore alesund by walking! Jan is a friendly host, communication was uncomplicated, so was the access to the nice appartment! Also a well equiped kitchen. Thanks for everything!

Nice apartment in a quiet location. Everything as described. Good starting point for excursions in the area. Supermarket 3.5 km away.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find and a nice hiking trail nearby. We appreciated the spotless home, privacy and flexible check in. Absolutely would recommend and would stay again!

Tove’s apartment is beautifully furnished and appointed. Tove provides a lovely array of home made produce for breakfast, which is above and beyond expectations. In addition Tove took our wet motorcycling gear and returned it later, dry. We cannot recommend this rental highly enough.

We loved our stay in Ålesund! It was just a quick overnight stay, but we wish it could’ve been longer. We didn’t have the opportunity to try out local restaurants. Eiva is a great host; she is very polite and accommodating. Her Airbnb is a fun, Scandinavian mid century modern style, is super clean and very comfortable. It has a beautiful large bathroom, which was super helpful since there were 5 of us. It has a lot of little extras that other Airbnbs don’t have. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We spent a week in this very nice house. While the weather was not on our side, we had a great time sitting in the living room with a cup of tea and enjoining the view to the ocean. It's an awesome place for people who like hiking, as there are plenty of beautiful trails very close by. There's a turbo ok for the region (in Norwegian), which is super practical! Our hosts were very friendly and super helpful - we really felt welcomed and welcome :) Definitely recommend!

Amazing 19th century house in one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to. Stunning surroundings! Great fireplace in the living room, nice modern bathroom and kitchen. Anna and her husband are amazing hosts!

We had a wonderful time in Ålesund. The house is great right in front of the ferry and with an incredibly beautiful view of the city and the mountains. Ideal for excursions!

We enjoyed our stay at Elisabeth's place in Alesund. The place was super clean, is very well setup and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay and preparing meals. The location was great and the views were fantastic! Even more importantly, Elisabeth was a very nice host and always responsive and helpful. The soundbar speakers were also a nice bonus. The only small downside was that it was very hot in the bedroom and the windows could only be opened about 10cm which didn't cool the place, even with a fan running. The choice for sleeping was between keeping the shades and doors open for ventilation, or having a hot, dark room for sleeping. Even with quality eye masks, it was hard to balance the bedroom conditions. Just a heads-up, there is some noise from above of even late at night (walking loudly). Despite this, the place was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Great central location. Clean and spacious. It is on the third floor so you have to be willing to climb some stairs. The decor has an old fashion, antique charm.

Really enjoyed Arlen's place. Beautiful location and space. It's close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

I have rented this apartment twice now – the first time 2 years ago, and now again. It says it all! The apartment is tidy, well equipped and in a perfect location. The host is very accommodating and pleasant. Can safely recommend to others – I would love to come back again!

Oda was very responsive to our questions and her place is really comfortable and big. Great location to walk to car rental, fjord cruise boat and Art Nouveau museum.

I felt like home and will definitely take the opportunity to rent this place if it should suit my next trip in the area. Incredibly beautiful place that I got to experience with an amazing sunset and beautiful weather
