Old cozy timber house from 1835. Renovated in 2014, new bathroom, new kitchen, loft with 2 beds and a bedroom with double bed. The living room has been kept in the old style. Stay at Styvesethaugen in Flåmsdalen, Flåm

Stay in the middle of Flåmsdalen in rural idyll, with beautiful mountains and waterfalls. This is the place for those who want to live in nature. There is a rich diversity of species in forests and wildlife. The cabin has both a terrace with dining table and hammock and its own small garden. The small farm is located at 266 m.a.s.l. About 20 minutes drive from Flåm city center. We live in the house next door, so if there should be anything, just get in touch. The downhill to the small farm is steep, but we also have parking up by the road if needed.

Car recommanded for this stay. 6 km from Undredal, 6 km from Flåm, you will find Undredal valley, the area for this cabin. This is the place they have their goats in the summertime, and some of their browncheese-productions. You are still able to see some of the production-equipment inside. The goats will be in this area from middle July to the start of Sept. This is a peacefull place to relax, without TV and WiFi. Take your coffie outside, to the view of mountains and falls. The cabin has three bedrooms, a veranda facing the fjord, and is equipped with fiber-optical WiFi, TV with ASTRA international channels, shower, washing machine, dishwasher and a wood stove. The apartment is part of a residential building located right by the docks of the picturesque village of Undredal, which is part of the UNESCO world heritage area. The village is also known for its goat cheese made from local milk. Historically, the site was home to the local post office and steamship expedition.
