Unser Haus befindet sich in Antholz Obertal abseits des Dorfes in ruhiger und sonniger Lage. Wir sind umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern, die Sie zur Erholung einladen. Im Sommer ist unser Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere bewirtschafteten Almen und unsere schöne Bergwelt. Im Winter können Sie die perfekt präparierten Pisten in unserem Biathlonzentrum und auf dem schönen Skigebiet Kronplatz nutzen. Außerdem befinden sich auch noch zwei Rodelbahnen zu bewirtschafteten Hütten im Antholzertal.

In the house there is also a spa with sauna,Turkish bath, relaxing area. It is in Alleghe centre,it is in a quiet and panoramic location just in front of Alleghe lake, 150 m. far from the square and 350 mt. from Civetta gondola. Outdoor parking place, elevator and ski room with ski-shoe dryer or bikes deposit. The apartment has 2 double rooms, a living room with divan bed for 2 people, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, Tv sat, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, microwave oven, internet wi fi.

We are close to the villages of Völs and Kastelruth as well as the incomparable Seiser Alm and its vistas. We are also just 20 minutes from South Tyrols Capital city of Bolzano and the airport.

Splendido appartamento arredato in modo tradizionale per garantire la vera atmosfera del maso di un tempo che fu, ma con tutti i comfort moderni. Cucina altamente funzionale, lavastoviglie, zona giorno con divano letto, due camere doppie, bagno e bagno di servizio. Magnifico terrazzo privato rivolto a Sud-Ovest, si affaccia sulla valle di Bolzano e offre una vista impagabile! I cani sono i benvenuti, chiediamo un supplemento di € 15,- a notte da saldare alla partenza.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

Alpine apartment with Dolomite views

This accommodation is part of a traditional "maso", the old Alpine farmhouse, which has just been renovated. Positioned on the middle floor, it reveals a panorama of serene woods, two tranquil mountain lakes, and the majestic Brenta Dolomites. Inside, the charm of oak wood, the enveloping warmth emitted by the wood stove, and subtle decorations complete the welcoming atmosphere of a modern mountain retreat.

Southtyrol: alpine chalet without electricity

The house has no WIFI nor electricity but is still very comfy. It's the perfect retreat for people who want have a digital detox, enjoy nature and just hear their heartbeat. We prefer groups of 4 people or more, bookings for only 2 people possible upon request and with surcharge. We do not rent the house to only one person. Therre is a subcharge for dogs per night.
