The accommodation is located in the town center, in a quiet and sunny area, in front of the wonderful Spalti di Toro. Within a radius of 100 meters you can find all the basic commercial activities: a pastry shop, supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, restaurants. The room has a separate entrance, with a private bathroom and parking space. There is a counter with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine to prepare breakfast and small snacks. No kitchen. This room, with a hot tub and infrared sauna, has been covered and furnished with spruce wood. The spruce is the most widespread plant in the forests of Castelfondo, and its wood is used in construction, carpentry and as fuel. The resin was used as an empirical remedy to treat some skin manifestations. Its essential oil has balsamic and soothing properties. The room, like all the others in the building, includes a rich and tasty breakfast.
