Nice rental, as described. The place is great for a week of vacation with a large family. The amount of bathrooms is a real plus. The only negative point is the rare frequency of shuttles to access the center of Valloire or at the foot of the slopes outside of school holidays.

As soon as you walk in, this apartment hits you with the wow factor. It is beautifully decorated, has amazing views and it was impeccably cleaned throughout. We are a family of 5 (children 17, 15 and 7 years) and there was plenty of space. We all found the beds extremely comfortable and the linen and towels were all fresh. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Marie even provided all we needed to light a fire and it was a really beautiful feature of the cosy lounge area. The ski bus is 70m away and runs regularly to get into Morzine centre and ski lifts. You can walk into town in about 25 mins to the centre / pleney lift. The nearest supermarket is a Sherpa which took about 12 mins walk (downhill on way there) to get to. We went daily. You can also get a bus back from the Sherpa too if you need to do a bigger shop (take the U bus). Highly recommend this beautiful appartment and wonderful host. Thank you Marie.

this is the first time for me to stay in chalet . It was great and Homebooker ‘s staf were very helpful and kind specially when my flight delayed they waited me until late night time. I will come again. Thank you

La Bastide de CRONCE. Hamlet of peace and tranquility. A "real" countryside where you can see and hear many birds. Milans of beauty. Very wooded around , many walks follow clear and very pure waterways. A very comfortable and personal home. Away from the anonymity of commercial rbnb. And undeniable added value, a herd of beautiful and serene dairy cows. And so very good milk! The list of qualities would be long. The human environment is very discreet and very friendly. In short. What happiness during this month . Thank you for allowing us this real vacation in the middle of the countryside, facing magical skies from morning to night. And Haute-Loire is also an authentic region with beautiful villages. We hope to come back to try an autumn season full of promise of colors and mushrooms. Beautiful Life in CRONCE!

Beautiful and cozy home, located 1min from bus stop to Annecy (30min bus transit). Marie-Françoise is a great host, very friendly and hospitable. Would come back!

Excellent 3-night stay to ring in the new year. Quiet and relaxing place; beautiful unobstructed views. Very nice walks around the house. Despite the cold outside, the house is well insulated and well heated.

Amazing, modern villa at a superb location, close to Malaucène. Easy communication with Frédéric with local tips & tricks. The villa was fully equipped with all amenities that you could wish for. We will definitely come back!!
