Ancienne forge au cœur du Parc naturel du Pilat

Sur les hauteurs de Roisey, entre Pélussin et Maclas, au bout d'une impasse, notre gîte a trouvé refuge dans un ancien corps de ferme du 18e siècle, classé par la Fondation du Patrimoine. C'est un site naturel remarquable situé juste sous le Crêt de l'Œillon et les “Trois dents” ; il fait face aux vallées du Rhône, de la Drôme et à la chaîne des Alpes. Par les nombreux chemins alentours, on y découvre une nature forte et encore préservée. Le calme est total.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Pets are welcome, possibility of accommodation and pasture for horses and donkeys.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
