The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

Regular bus services to Palm Beach, Manly and Sydney city. Breakfast items (eggs, milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee) are provided. Outdoor smoking area available. LGBTQIA+ friendly. NB: Wi-Fi available, but, in case of a service outage, internet availability can't be guarenteed. Likewise with streaming TV.

Set amongst the gum trees overlooking beautiful Pittwater, our light and airy studio apartment is the perfect place to get away from it all. Cool off in the still water opposite or catch a wave at Mona Vale Beach, a short drive away. You can grab a coffee or a bite to eat at our local cafe or restaurant, just a short 600m stroll along the waterfront. Explore Pittwater on the Scotland Island Ferry or hire a kayak. Buses leave from the bottom of our driveway to connect with city links.

You can expect a visiting kookaburra, Koel or other native birds in the still of the morning. Don’t be surprised if you see a possum at night or if you are very lucky a leaf tailed gecko.
