Hunan was an exceptional host and this apartment was absolutely perfect! It’s in the best location and walkable to so many spots in Yerevan. The street it’s on is also very exciting and filled with so many things to do and restaurants to try. Hunan was so kind and helpful and came to check in with me a couple times on questions I had, and was also helpful in answering questions of mine that didn’t even have to do with the apartment, but about the location, security, and living in Yerevan in general which eased my nerves as a solo traveler! The apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and had everything I could ever need! I hope to return to Armenia soon and would stay here every time! Thank you so much Hunan.

This apartment has been tastefully renovated. A play of light creates an immediate sense of well-being. Michael is very responsive to any questions we may have. The proximity of the city center accessible on foot, the two possible exits on shopping streets and very pretty, are a plus.

A lovely apartment has everything you need

I love every second of my time in Armenia and Yevgenia’s house. The house was clean and beautiful. It is literally in the center of Yerevan-Kentron. It’s possible to walk every touristical places. The entrance to the apartment building could be kinda scary at night due to the secluded Soviet vibe, but there was nothing to be afraid of at all. The whole place is very safe. You can just walk and enjoy the city life even if it’s midnight. Yevgenia quickly replies whenever I ask something, her mother is also very helpful and nice. I’m very happy to have stayed in this house.

I was completely in love with this place! The apartment is very cozy, clean and thoughtful to the smallest detail. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was in place: a comfortable bed, a good kitchen with appliances, a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi. We were especially pleased with the pleasant details — tea/coffee, cosmetics in the bathroom and amenities for guests. The hostess deserves special thanks! Very responsive, friendly and always available. I helped with check-in, created a really warm atmosphere. The location is also great — a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of shops, cafes and transport. Would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again! 🌟 **10/10!**

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, ideal for relaxing, and the apartment is furnished with brand-new furniture, adding a modern and comfortable touch. The host was very communicative via net and even accommodated a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a smooth, enjoyable stay.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Rafael’s apartment in the center of Yerevan. The location is absolutely perfect — everything you could want is just a short walk away: cafes, shops, sights, and public transport. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was exactly as described, if not better. It was super accurate to the photos and details on Airbnb, which I really appreciated. Everything was spotless — the cleanliness of the home was impressive, and it felt fresh and welcoming from the moment I stepped inside. Rafael was a fantastic host: kind, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The apartment was well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with all the essentials for a great stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yerevan. I would definitely choose Rafael’s apartment again!

A very nice stay in a very comfortable and very clean apartment, located in a lively area of Yerevan, but overlooking a very quiet courtyard! The owner was good advice and very responsive (as soon as we arrived at the airport!), and he came to welcome us on site. We would definitely recommend it!

Artavazd's place is awesome. The penthouse setting is simply sublime and the rooftop views are priceless especially of Mount Ararat. I highly recommend Artavazd's apartment. It is modern, clean, spacious and well equipped.

The unit was fantastic so clean and modern. Very conveniently located near to shop and restaurant. There are a lot of cabinets space and storage. The unit was well equipped there were even snacks and food for us. Allah utensils and household items are brand new and fully functioning. The unit is even better than a 5 star hotel. There was a home entertainment system with surround sounds including in the bathroom and the kitchen also. Even though there was only one Aircon unit it was sufficient and cooled the whole apartment. We love the unit so much! RECOMMENDED!

Easy communication and fast responses from host. Clear instructions about check in and Apartment itself. Nice, cozy and modern place to stay for 2 people or smaller families. A little bit off from the main street, what makes surrounding quiet and peaceful. Feels to be a safe place. Good location, absolutely walkable to all main Yerevan center attractions, restaurants, bars etc. Can find several stores nearby. Recommend :)

Great place to stay in Yerevan. Lovely balcony, excellent host (good communication in English), working air conditioner. 10 minute safe walk to the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

Artak and Lilit were very helpful and responsive. More than that, they were very welcoming and made us feel right at home in their wonderful AirBNB. (A huge thank you to Lilit who made sure that we were comfortable and checked up on us on our trip! It made our stay much more memorable!) The place itself had a lot of amenities and is a walking distance to a lot of places. Everything we needed was already in their place. The building itself felt very safe and secure so we had nothing to worry about. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Ruzanna is very accommodating and welcoming. The place is centrally located but is adjacent to a very busy public park with people enjoying the outdoor restaurants and cafes with loud music. It is noisy at night but closing windows usually solves the issue. The apartment is on the first floor with only one flat of stairs. The place is big and nice but needs some minor repairs and upgrades to make it more comfortable and enjoyable.

Great place very close to everything. The bus station is also right around the corner. Spacious and really quiet at night.

From the very first contact David was very accomodating to all my requests. He provided detailed/video instructions of how to find the place, the parking. Responded to every message within a minuet or less. Generously provided with all personal care products. As a host, I rate him 5 out of 5. The apartment is big and specious, well laid out, equiped with all essential items for comfort. The location is fantastic, walking distance from 24/7 supermarket, fresh bakery, cafes and restaurants, shops for little shopping therapy if you wish and much more. I loved the security of the building with 24/7 monitored security, working lift. Definitely good value. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely visit again. I had a great stay at this flat. It was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The owner was very helpful and friendly, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

The stay was great, the apartment is nice, big, everything is new and clean, as in the photos. The view is gorgeous, with an incredible sunset. The host was very responsive. We needed a crib for our two-year-old child, and he provided it immediately, as well as more towels. The only problem was that not all rooms have curtains, so we had to improvise with towels. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, which is very cool if you keep the windows open. There is only one air conditioner in the living room that reaches the entire apartment. And after midnight there was no more water in the apartment, due to maintenance work nearby. The building is also newly built with construction material still around. But we had a great stay, and the host also offered us a place in the garage, which was great. I really recommend it.
