Na zona podem se encontrar a grande maioria dos serviços visto que a casa se encontra muito central. Ótimo para descansar, passar bons momentos e passear a pé pelo centro da cidade. Nesta casa encontra bastante espaço no seu interior e um terraço nas traseiras da mesma.
