Silver Stag Lodge is a gorgeous lodge in Aviemore, with Hot Tub, Sauna, Woodburner and walking distance to Aviemore. This beautiful lodge sleeps up to 10 guests (8 adults, plus 2 kids - 2 of the beds are only 160cm long so are suited for kids) and is only 10 mins walk to Aviemore. One of the best-equipped lodges in Aviemore, it's perfect for a couple of families, or an extended family as a base to explore the Highlands. We have the lodge right next door, (sleeps 4), if you need more space.

Boat of Garten is a beautiful village situated in the Spey Valley. It is an ideal base for many sporting and nature activities in summer and winter. There is even a steam train that runs past the bottom of the garden. The village has a grocery store, hotel and a restaurant. Our bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. There is a well equipped kitchen/dining room and a lounge with a beautiful view.We also have a utility room which is great for drying wet gear and storing wellies!

This detached cottage is all on one level, has a secluded garden with Sitootery, BBQ, Patio Set & Chiminea. The property has gas central heating/log burner/SmartTV Netflix/wifi.   Sleeps 6 guests ( up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children) in 3 bedrooms ( King has Smart TV, Netflix & en suite) NB : while the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds these are “Trundle” style

With 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms the house sleeps 6 people and is perfect for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The contemporary open plan living area and external decking area are fantastic for socialising and entertaining with a backdrop of spectacular uninterrupted panoramic views of the Cairngorms. The house has been recently refurbished with the finest luxury furnishings.

Snowgate Cabin Glenmore

The closest house to the Cairngorm's. Based in the very heart of the Cairngorms National Park Snow Gate Cabin is the last dwelling sitting right at the foot of the Cairngorms themselves. The cabin sleeps two people comfortably, including an open plan living/sleeping area housing a small kitchenette with an electric hob and a shower /wc room. A log burner gives the room a super cosy feel. The cabin shares a driveway with the owners whose property is next door to the cabin.

Free Church Manse is a beautiful Victorian villa with wonderful mountain views. Located just minutes from the centre of the Highland village of Kingussie our family friendly house is within easy walking distance of local shops, the supermarket, pubs and cafes. With access to the mountains on the doorstep it's a wonderful base for holidays and a ideal location to explore the wider Cairngorm National Park. We are pet friendly and welcome up to two well behaved pets.

Drumguish Cottage

It's March and spring is just about here - still some snow on Cairngorm Mountain but the daffodils will soon be out. ***SETTLE INTO A COSY RURAL ESCAPE**** we are still offering special discounted rates on our Friday-to-Sunday weekend stays, available on select dates in March. Stay for the full three nights, curl up by the log fire on Sunday evening, or simply relax knowing you can leave late on Sunday or check out by 10 a.m. on Monday morning.

Zippity-Do-Da House has been individually designed and built by your hosts George and Gillian and is set amidst the stunning scenery of the Cairngorm National Park. The split level house is on 5 levels with lovely light and great views. The house provides flexible family accommodation, as well as fabulous scenery and is close to all local amenities. Cinema Room and Hot Tub. Please note: no bookings from Stag or Hen parties.

The Green Cottage Aviemore

A detached cottage situated on a corner plot of Lochan Mor development with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an ensuite. Secure garden to the rear. A local supermarket, takeaway's and bike hire are only a short walk from the cottage. The main street with many bars and restaurants is within walking distance. A path next to the house leads onto the Aviemore Orbital and the Speyside Way which are great walking and cycling trails.
