Apartment holiday rentals in Avila Beach

Host was very responsive and helpful. The price was great. location is very peaceful and a short drive or walk away from great tourist spots (i.e. Downtown, dunes, etc). Airbnb was very clean and organized, listed instructions and perks were easy to find and simple to follow.

Enjoyed our stay at Terri’s condo in Avila Beach. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Comfortable, clean, and enjoyable.

Absolutely loved my stay at Amber’s place! The beach is right down the street, and the space felt perfect in size. It’s just like a master bedroom! I’m so glad there were coat hangers, and a dresser because I always overpack and had a ton of clothes I didn’t want wrinkled. I will definitely be coming back!

This was a great place for us to stay for the night! It was amazing just being able to walk to the ocean and not have to find parking and such. There was a slight issue with the laundry being full when we were trying to use it which the host assisted with so all was good! The personal touches were nice!

Wonderful stay! Property was clean, just as described, quiet, and convenient. Beds were comfortable. Linens were soft and great quality. Even pillows were supportive and excellent quality. Amenities were great and as described. I had to work remotely all day and the kitchen table worked great as a work space. Loved the location. Easy and fast walk to the beach. Farmers market on Friday was so much fun! I ran the Bob Jones trail everyday and really appreciated having that right there!! Loved having the low-sand towels available for my beach day. Highly recommmend!! 10/10

Overall great little spot hidden away behind the dunes. The place was super clean and a short walk from the beach. David was helpful & responsive. We stayed a whole month before our move to arroyo grande from Texas and would do it again no questions asked!

We had a great stay. We would actually stay at this place again. It’s super close to the beach and all of the Pismo Beach area has to offer. Amber has an annual vehicular beach pass for us to use. We took advantage of enjoying the beach with our vehicle, and it was extremely convenient when we wanted to see the sand dunes. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The couch was very comfortable. The bed was also very comfy. Amber labels things (even on light switches) and gives details on how to use things (locking the door, using the fireplace, everything!!). She offers her cell phone number to us, which is quite unusual. We usually have to wait for a long time for a response. Amber is SO detailed and had everything well organized that we never had to text her. SHE texted us to ask if we had any questions or if we needed info on where to go, etc. You know how friends want you to feel comfortable while staying over their house? That is AMBER! Thank you, Amber!

Easy as can be with regards to check-in and finding the place. Perfect little patio right on the water with a beautiful view of the large rock and walkable from everything in downtown. Would come again!

cute house. perfect location. close to beach and shops. garage parking was a bonus. small yard does the job for dogs, just if you have small dogs, mine fit through the fence. Beds were comfy, shower was great size, couches were comfy. house had everything wer coykd have ever needed. great experience.

This rental was the best we have stayed in while visiting Morro Bay. The location is amazing, within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, shops, museums, kayak rentals and more. We had all of the amenities needed and especially enjoyed the comfy king sized bed, beautiful views of Morro Bay and the rock from the front patio, living room and bedroom, the large walk-in shower, and fireplace. We experienced proactive communication from Beach-N-Bay, and I liked how they immediately invited feedback regarding any maintenance needed. I highly recommend the La Roche rentals for your next Morro Bay vacation!

Property is clean, private and quiet. Location is perfect for beach and local amenities. The drive to SLO, Pismo area and local wineries is very easy. Terri is very responsive and helpful to any questions. We will return.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo! The condo was clean and exactly as discribed, and the views were amazing and it was easy to get to the beach. It was also close enough to walk to many of the restaurants and shops, but still was far enough away to still feel like you had privacy, and the beach never got too busy. We also loved that this area was super dog friendly. If you enjoy the small town atmosphere and amazing views, I would highly recommend this place!

It was a pleasant experience! The location was good, 5 mins drive to the downtown, 20 mins drive to the Pismo Beach. The place was cozy, quiet and clean. The only thing we could complain about was the pillows since they’re way too soft lol. Highly recommend to bring your own pillows if you need something to support your necks.

We have stayed at this location before. The condo meets all our needs. Having the elevator to reach the second floor location of the condo is essential for my son who has a walking challenge. The kitchen is well stocked so that we could cook some meals. The location is perfect with the ocean so close we could hear the waves. Lots of things to do within walking distance. This is our happy place.

Very clean and simple. No thrills but definitely worth it

Perfect spot, perfect condo. Very much enjoyed this beautiful home for our stay. Everything was clean and comfy, good assortment of amenities, can’t beat the ocean views for sure. The gated private parking was a huge plus as we were driving a dually one ton and finding street parking would have been a nightmare. Will be my first place to check for availability when I return to Pismo.

Perfect spot for our spring break getaway. Beautiful place with all the necessary pieces of beach equipment — chairs, coolers, toys to play with, and even a surfboard! Would highly recommend!

This is a marvelous place to stay right on Pismo Beach by the pier. The location could not be better. The condo itself is wonderful, especially with upper and lower patios looking right at the beach and the ocean. The home itself is clean an comfortable. We would definitely return. Our hosts were quite responsive. Good stay!

Nice condo near a lot of restaurants and shops. There is a walkway right to the sand to walk out to the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Would absolutely stay here again, enjoyed it! There was also a pool and gym available, but we did not use those during our stay. Looked very nice as well. Just remember to take a key to get OUT of the gated community. If you don’t have a key, you’re pretty much looked in. Oh, and I can’t forget, it’s really close to the cinnamon roll place, so fresh coffee and cinnamon rolls whenever you want! Yum!

We always like to come down to Pismo as a family and try to find a home that fits our needs. But this home is a prefect getaway, has everything we needed. Views are stunning especially during the sunset. A short 2 min walk to restaurants and shops and the best part is it’s right next to the beach just as the pictures! We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip.
