El Pisín de Sabugo. In the old town of Avilés

Ana was very friendly and attentive from the start. It was very easy to communicate with her both before our arrival and during our stay. Check in was very easy and even told us where it was easiest to find parking nearby. The apartment was larger than it looked in the photos. Everything was very clean. Also, we were surprised with a welcome kit for us and for our furry. The apartment was fully equipped for cooking and mopping. It is very close to the old town (which is beautiful) and the area of bars and restaurants (Ana left us a suggestion guide too). It is also close to the train station. In short, the communication was very simple and the stay was very pleasant, to repeat.

José is a 12 out of 10 host, that is, he is more than a host, the apartment is impeccable, with many details to have a pleasant stay, the bathroom is pristine and the kitchen is magnificent and with everything for breakfast provided by José, the location is excellent, 5' walk to the city center and with many restaurants and shops around and in a very quiet neighborhood without noise at night. everything was perfect, despite the fact that we had a slightly chaotic entrance due to the blackout of all Spain, they put on their side to be able to get well despite that. very recommended and that I have parking is a plus, for sure we will repeat when we return to Aviles.

We were staying during the May Bridge with the whole family and the stay was a very pleasant experience. As soon as we arrive we were received by María Berta's husband with great kindness and sympathy. He explained to us in detail all the things in the house and gave us a lot of information on what to visit,where to eat well etc. During the stay anything we need or doubt that came up, I'll work it out quickly . The house is well located,in a quiet area with easy parking,and close to downtown. It has everything you need and even things for the little ones to entertain. I recommend the place. Thank you very much to the owners.
