Holiday rentals with beach access in Avilés

The accommodation is in an incredible area, it has views of the beach that are wonderful to watch while you have breakfast. It is a very quiet area, at least in the season we went (June). It's very easy to find and Soledad was waiting for us there to show us the way and welcome us. The apartment is very nice, clean, tidy, and has everything. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size. Soledad leaves you things for breakfast and cooking (salt, oil, vinegar, etc.) There are three flights of stairs, but it's worth it. You can walk to the beach and there are several beautiful walking routes in the surrounding area. In terms of quality/price, it's the best I've seen on Airbnb. I would like to come back again.

Apartamento cozy and quiet, with a lot of service, the kitchen is expected, the comfortable beds, it was well ventilated, since it gave the estuary and a large patio, the bad thing was the 3rd without elevator and that in the morning there were smells of food, probably because of the restaurant, but as I said it was very well ventilated

The place was spotless and true to the description and photos, it is well equipped in a while to the kitchen utensils even though some cutlery was missing. But it has a large and comfortable sofa.The apartment is bright and comfortable and is located in the old town with which it is very busy it has many restaurants around and entertainment venues, and it is somewhat noisy at certain hours and is close to downtown being able to walk to all places. The hosts' attention was very good and attentive with us with good coordination for both arrival and departure. We really liked the stay in the apartment, we will repeat again

Beautiful apartment in a great location for visiting the city of Gijon on foot. Beautiful view of the bay with a superb sunset on the first evening. Paid parking nearby, very popular and included in the rental. Host available for any information.

This place is magical, as if from another time, a place of absolute tranquility and the perfect place to find peace and simply enjoy the fantastic surroundings. Upon my arrival, I was surprised by my hosts with a cider tasting, according to the tradition of Asturias, the rest of the bottle I drank in the evening in this absolute silence, indescribably beautiful. Fresh flowers on the table, how loving and thoughtful. The house has a very special energy. Thank you for the time with you, I will surely come back.

We were very comfortable at the house. It is a perfect house to disconnect and to see the surrounding villages because they are very beautiful. The house has all kinds of details for both us and the dogs. The garden is a wonderful place to have breakfast and for the dogs to play, ours had a great time. It's one of the cleanest houses we've ever found. Definitely and highly recommended We'll be back for sure.

The stay at Belén's house was amazing. We felt right at home, Belén has always been attentive to us and resolving all the doubts that have arisen from us. For the arrival to the house, it has been very nice of Belén to leave us some sweets and gluten-free cookies. He has also recommended lots of places to eat and enjoy in the area, which have been incredible. As for the house, it is as seen in the photos, a beautiful house, very clean, with everything you need for the days we have been staying and only 5 minutes from Cudillero, recognized as the most beautiful town. It's been an incredible few days, we'll be back for sure! 😊

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

Communication with Antolina was very simple. He always responded quickly to messages and questions. We were able to enter before the time because the house was perfectly prepared. It's super easy to park on the street. It is next to a small port and a few meters walk from the center of the village and about 20 minutes walk (or 4 by car) from the beach. The hose is equipped with everything you'll need. Antolina was very kind during our stay. We'll be back for sure.

The photos and listing description and environment match perfectly. Benjamin anticipated every step to take, leaving it clear and without a doubt the entrance to the house, operating everything and even indicating places to visit, restaurants, routes, ... Your kindness and willingness for any questions or needs are unbeatable. The cleanliness of the house, belongings, linens and bath linens, phenomenal. We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, central, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a swimming pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From the first minute we felt at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, having availability they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We will definitely repeat. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.

The stay in Sandra and Jorge's apartment has been wonderful. It's in a quiet spot and very close to everything. I felt right at home, everything was super clean and had everything you need. Sandra and Jorge are lovely! I would definitely repeat a thousand times my trip to gijon and even more if it is in your apartment.
