Just 10 minutes from the Route des Grands Crus and 20 minutes from Beaune, this old barn has been fully renovated with high-end details, blending old-world charm with modern comfort. "Le Petit Chaudenas" - Private Pool and Woodland

Part of a former wine producing farm built over 300 years ago, Le Petit Chaudenas features a beautiful, large swimming pool and is set in over 5 Hectares of private garden and woodlands. Located in the tiny hamlet of Toury in the Mâconnais region with its famous Appellations Villages: Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, Viré-Clessé, the area is ideal for wine tasting as well as being only 10 mins drive from Cormatin, the community of Taizé and the historical town of Cluny.

Our lovely house is comfortable and pleasant to live in. You will love relaxing in this quiet place, surrounded by countryside and nature, have a look at stars in the sky and breathe pur air. It will bring happiness to fans of forest, fishing, hunting, Bourgogne's gastronomy, architecture, History, racetrack, zoo and park. It is perfect for couples, lonely travellers, families with children and pets. A new pond has been created for nature and fishing lovelers.

Cool, comfortable and spacious (90m2) home on 3 floors. Large kitchen , lounge and terrace on street level and fabulous 1 double bedroom open plan room on the 2nd floor. A converted grange perched on a mountain in a medieval village 16 minutes from the A6, this peaceful home makes an ideal stop over for holidays in the Alps or south of France. Please note - there is a studio apartment with its own entrance on the lower ground floor - rented separately.

Manoir de Thiot, Gîte sur Loire, Nevers, Burgundy

Built in the 16th century on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot and its outbuildings stand in a peaceful and green country setting. Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden.
