The place is very nice and cozy best place to relax and the host is very responsive if have more star will give for both the place and Host👍x.......

the house is clean and comfortable. the land is spacious, we had fun bbqing outside, but brought our own equipment. air conditioning in every room and living room, overall recommended. if we go to malacca again, we'll repeat!

Had a great stay at Lee’s AMMA place . Super clean and comfy that is most important part. Plenty of FREE snacks and instant noodle and Kids love it.. Only when we want to boil water for drinking the water filter was a bit too slow maybe can consider change the filter But its not an issues at all :) Location is 9km far from the tourism area but if you have a car. Its not an issues. Malacca had a lot of cars at the tourist zone. So will be jam and difficult to find parking. But so far in our 3 days 2 night stay and despite so jam due to many cars we still be able to find a good parking spot. Thank God We are So lucky this trip.

Overall perfect homestay to live in. Huge parking porch, excellent interior, huge bedroom.

Everything is okay, the house is clean, the air conditioning is cool, the room is suitable if you want to bring your elderly parents because there is 1 room with a toilet downstairs. all rooms have toilets so I'm happy hehe. only one, the upper room has only one air conditioner which is the master bedroom so the other two rooms are really hot even there is a fan.

Owner was very responsive and welcoming. The house was very clean and nice. We enjoyed our 3 days at this house. Very very recommended for those yang nak bercuti Di Melaka. Felt like staying at home.

Lovely flat in a fantastic location, waking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, bars and heritage sites. Careem was a great host, friendly, responsive and offered recommendations for places to go. If we come back to Malacca we’d definitely book again.

The unit is as decribed in the photos. The check-in instruction is easy to understand and help our smooth check in. My kids enjoyed the mini waterpark at the residence. I appreciate En Khairul for being very helpful and responsive host.

Our stay there was amazing! A great 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of space. It had a beautiful balcony with a view of palm trees and the pool. There were many great restaurants within walking distance from the building. We loved our time there! Also, Adrian was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!
