House holiday rentals in Ayvacık

I stayed with my family for 4 nights. Mr. Özer responded to all our questions and requests attentively and in a timely manner until the end of the introduction phase. The house was as pictured. The backyard is very nice, it gets sun in the morning and shade in the evening. It had all the kitchen equipment you would have in your own home. The downstairs was air-conditioned, the upstairs had no air-conditioning, but there was a fan in both rooms. It's a huge plus that each room has its own bathroom and toilet. We had no problems using the pool of the site where the house is located. Only an unpleasant smell prevailed in the area and this smell was incredibly excessive in 1 of the 4 nights we stayed. But this has nothing to do with the house, of course. The site where the house was located was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Thank you for your support, Mr. Özer. It was definitely a house that should be preferred in this area.

The house was as in the pictures, there was no difference, the communication was good, only the road was a little troublesome, we had to be careful, it is a place to relax, but there is nothing that can disturb you, it is very rare that people pass by, the pool was very fun, it was cool, we recommend it, it was a nice experience for us

Ms. Elif is an excellent host. Since the interior of the house is renovated, it has a really important advantage over other houses in Artur. Being close to the sea is very important, especially for family with children. We are very satisfied and will choose every time we come.

When we checked in, we were greeted by Mr. Ahmet's friend and the check-in was quite easy, the house was clean and tidy. We were also able to reach Mr. İlker easily when we needed or questions and he was very helpful and resolved. Transportation can be quite difficult if you do not have a car, the garlic center by car is short around 7 minutes and there is already every opportunity there. Since it's a newly built neighborhood, the roads are broken. The pool of the house was directly next to it and it was almost like it belonged to us, only we used it and it was spotless. I recommend🤍

It's a great location, of course, as long as you have a car, the house is sparkling clean. It has a wonderful view, a house where 3 families (with few or no children) can easily stay, in a location where you can easily reach the bays, some by car and some on foot, most importantly, Murat is very interested and relevant.

The house of Ms. Türkan was very nice and in a way that appeals to our needs. Due to the home location, it was very nice when we opened the windows at night, etc. Our hostess told us if we needed a constant need to let her know that we should let her know. We stayed very comfortably with two small children. There is a grocery store nearby. We preferred Sokakağzı Bay for the sea. It takes up to 20 minutes drive from the house. Behramkale Ancient City, Ancient Harbour is one of the nearby places to visit around. A place to stay on the Assos side without a second thought. We recommend it.

The house is very beautiful , authentic and beautifully decorated as it appears in the pictures. It's nice to think down to the last detail and have air conditioning in every room. All of the items inside the house are nice and well. Adatepe village is a very nice ,touristic village. If you come without knowing the location of the house, I think you should take the time to visit the village. Thank you to our host, Mr. Özcan. She was very interested and helpful with us. I would definitely recommend a very suitable house for those who want to stay as 2 adults and 2 children. As 4 adults, the beds are not very convenient except for the bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay in this house with a wonderful sea view. We stayed with a 2.5-year-old child and it was very comfortable for the child. Although you can swim in the sea in front of the house, all the nearby beaches are 5 minutes away by car. There is air conditioning on the lower floor of the house, a fan is used for the upper floor, and although the upper floor is a little hot, it can be tolerated. The host responded to all our needs immediately and took care of us. Neighbors and the environment are very friendly, everyone helps. If you want to have a pleasant holiday like in your own summer house, it can really be preferred with peace of mind. We will come again:)

If you are looking for a peaceful holiday in Arıklı Village surrounded by nature, this stone house is definitely a great choice. The interior of the house is carefully decorated, all the items used are new and clean. The view is really stunning; we loved the panoramic view of both the terrace and the living room. The kitchen has everything you could need; we didn't feel any shortcomings while cooking. The BBQ area was just as complete. Ms. Dilek welcomed us very kindly and was caring during the entire stay. There are even carefully selected books to read while spending time in the house. In short, it was a very satisfying, peaceful experience in every detail. We definitely want to come back and stay longer.

The day we went, he picked us up from where the van dropped us off and described everywhere as much as he could. He was always available and thoughtful. Thanks to Mr. Yasin's quick feedback, we had no problems with communication. In the houses we stayed in for 5 days, everything from filter coffee maker to large and small refrigerators, water purifier and coolers to barbecue, password key box for entrances and exits, from washing machine to dishwasher was considered. Although we were crowded, we did not feel any shortcomings in the kitchen tools and equipment. The cleaning of the rooms, beds and towels made it feel like we were in our own home. We had a peaceful holiday with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen, a patio with a view and a terrace, the use of the garden. We were able to reach Sivrice Bay from the house in 5 minutes and the Street Mouth in 10 minutes. As Mr. Yasin wrote, there are problems with cell phone and internet access.

hüseyin Bey's house is a full living space. Comfortable, everything is clean and tidy, there was no matter what I looked for in my own house. I have never been a stranger. The house is a calm apartment right in the center of Küçükkuyu on the coastal street. I definitely recommend🙏🏼
