Quiet and relaxing duplex, new and independent with a large covered and shared wooden terrace. The accommodation offers a fitted kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a seating area equipped with a bench. Upstairs you will find the toilet, as well as the master suite. Azay-Sur-Thouet is 1.5 hours from La Rochelle, 1 hour from Futuroscope and Puy du Fou, 45 minutes from Marais Poitevin and 10 minutes from Parthenay (FLIP) and Pougne Hérisson (Festival du Nombril du Monde). No pets allowed.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Je suis située à 1h du puy du fou, 1h du futuroscope et 1h des marais au milieu des 3 sites emblématiques qui entoure mon exploitation.

Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin marsh, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Le Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the Autize stream, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).

Many activities await you nearby, as well as all shops and services 3 km away.
