One block from the building there are typical Cuenca food stores, 5 min. from the Mall del Río, 3 blocks from the mega park Guzho. 10 minutes from the city center. And if you were looking for peace and security, this is the place for you, we have a garage in the basement, 24-hour security.

Excelente ubicación, departamento céntrico. A tan solo a 1 cuadra del famoso parque de la madre y del planetario. Cerca de zona bancaria, centro comercial y restaurantes. Puedes caminar al centro histórico y recorrer varios atractivos de la ciudad a pie o bicicleta, como: el puente roto, cruz del vado, etc. El agua de la llave es potable por lo tanto puede ser bebida directamente. En el parqueadero pueden entrar carros de hasta 5,5 metros, es un tanto estrecho.
