Excellent location, central apartment. Just 1 block from the famous Parque de la Madre and the planetarium. Close to the banking area, shopping center and restaurants. You can walk to the historic center and tour various attractions of the city on foot or by bike, such as: the broken bridge, vado cross, etc. The tap water is potable so it can be a drink directly. Carts of up to 5.5 meters can enter the parking lot, it is a bit narrow.
