Hacienda Chan Chan - Farm Bungalow.

Hacienda Chan Chan is a working dairy farm nestled in the mountains North of Cuenca near the picturesque village of Chiquintad. We milk roughly 30 cows on 90 hectares, which leaves lots of room for hiking and exploring. The bungalow is a cozy wooden cabin with two bedrooms, including a lofted bed with a skylight for star gazing. The living room includes an efficient wood stove to warm the chilly nights. We no longer offer breakfast or any meals. Please bring food to cook.

Hacienda Chan Chan - TreeHouse

Hacienda Chan Chan is nestled in the mountains high above Cuenca. The TreeHouse is even higher up, possibly the world's highest (elevation) tree house. It is remote and secluded, the ideal get away for adventurous travelers. We now offer guests a ride up to the treehouse on horseback when they arrive (or car). Guests will need to coordinate with us to arrange a time. Check in needs to be before 5h30 pm. It is difficult to get to the treehouse after it is dark.
