Samia's house is a great and peaceful place to stay for longer time. Everything was clean, the whole apartment is spacious. My fiancée and I feel at home there.

Soufia était présente à notre arrivée tardive (notre avion a eu du retard). Elle a prit le temps de bien nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l’appartement et des alentours. Elle habite à l’étage de la propriété. Très belle propriété entouré d’un jardin intime. Plusieurs plantes et arbres y sont plantés, donc beaux paysages. Il y a la présence de chats dans le jardin. L’intérieur de l’appartement est bien décoré et propre. On s’est senti toute suite à l’aise… Les lits et oreillers sont confortables. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour!

la casa è davvero molto bella, camere spaziose e bagni pulitissimi. la cucina è molto attrezzata. avere la disponibilità del cortile e del terrazzo rende il tutto ancora più agevole

secure, serene, celestial. well equipped entire apartment for a great price. hosting is very welcoming and great. I was even given assistance when I locked myself out of the place at 11:30pm at night with my tail between my legs. wonderful stay.

Mohamed was very helpful and responsive. He sent a driver to the airport and helped with daily trips/tours. We loved the space and it was centrally located. We highly recommend this listing to our friends!

La villa et nickel, spacieuse, incroyable, magnifique, propre, bien équipe surtout !. j’ai passé un magnifique séjour, la piscine et magnifique propre et chauffer. Nous nous sommes sentie comme chez nous tout est à coter que sa soit a pied ou en voiture la maison et très bien situé un endroit calme un endroit ou se garer UN ENDROIT PARFAIT POUR SE DETENDRE ! Bilel et incroyable, professionnel, gentille , répond a la seconde au messages , disponible 24h/24 je le répète mais c’est un 10/10 je vous le conseille 10000 fois Mercii beaucoup se séjour magnifique 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, ideal for visiting the archaeological site of Carthage and other nearby attractions. A special thanks to the host, who was incredibly kind, always available, and very responsive. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, bars, and shopping centers, which really enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

I'll preface this by saying I'm an American. I don't speak French. I've never been to Tunisia before. None of that kept Hassen from wanting to help us or from taking care of us. Hassen and his team were amazing. The place is wonderful and having access to the Club's amenities is a huge bonus. I would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat. Hassen was communicative and helped us with some special requests centering around our very young children. The view from the upper balcony is incredible. I can't recommend enough staying here, especially for the very reasonable price.

Un petit appartement stylé et moderne, parfait pour un séjour paisible. La piscine était magnifique.

I stayed over a month and Amira was always very attentive. She quickly resolved any issues I had. The internet was fast for working and streaming. The main road is only 5 minutes walk away and it has many restaurants. The TGM (train) goes into Tunis, but during my stay it was closed to go in the other direction. Fortunately it's easy to find a taxi on the main road and it's very cheap. The beach is only one block from the main road and the water was not too cold to swim well into November.

Doskonale zlokalizowany apartament w samym sercu starej Medyny Tunisu. Można tam naprawdę poczuć atmosferę starego miasta, a jednocześnie korzystać z ciszy i spokoju, bo mieszkanie znajduje się w jednej z bocznych uliczek. Mieszkanie jest kompletnie wyposażone, czyste. Mogliśmy wcześniej zameldować się w apartamencie i już był przygotowany na nasze przybycie. Właścicielka bardzo życzliwa i kontaktowa, od razu udzielała odpowiedzi na wszelkie nasze pytania. Polecamy i dziękujemy!

logement proche de la cathédrale à 5min à pied , du souk et bab al bahr. proche de tout et restaurant etc. le balcon est top pour ce reposer et profiter de la belle météo. Filippo est top . (hors sujet mais il y a un très jolie bar à thé au rdc mais attention au prix demandé diffirent de ceux affichées)

Notre séjour à Tunis a été formidable ! Mohamed était vraiment très à l’écoute, toujours de bon conseil, il était là pour répondre à la moindre de nos questions et ça très rapidement et a su nous rassurer quand nous avions peur de pas trouver de taxi pour l’aéroport car nous partions très tard dans la nuit L’emplacement est excellent ! À côté de la gare Tunis marine pour aller à sidi bou Said, la marsa et Carthage, à 20mn à pied de la médina, et un restaurant à 15mn à pied très bon et abordable : restaurant com_art Nous reviendrons c’est sûr et certain Le logement est plutôt bien sécurisée, il y a deux portes à plusieurs verrous On avait tout le matériel nécessaire Je vous recommande les yeux fermés ! Encore merci pour ce séjour !!

No duden en arrendar el departamento de Madhi , el es un excelente anfitrión, preocupado y amable , nos fue a buscar al aeropuerto aún teniendo 4 horas el vuelo de retraso nos espero muy paciente , siempre atento a las consultas , su casa por dentro hermosa e impecable , también nos llevó a sidi bou said nuestro otro arriendo , la verdad nunca había tenido la suerte de que un anfitrión fuera tan simpático y amable y atento

Casa molto accogliente! comodissima come zona per arrivare a piedi al mercato e alla medina, vicinissima alla stazione dei bus per andare ovunque, grande parco verde proprio difronte alla casa. La signora che ci ha accolti é stata gentilissima e Mahdi é stato super disponibile lasciandoci accendere alla casa a mezzanotte passata quando siamo arrivati con l'aereo. Esperienza fantastica!

Youssef apartment is first class! nicely decorated, big, and is in the center of Tunis, close to anything you want to go. The view from the balcony is amazing! and the water pressure is one of the best I have tried in my life. Youssef's parents picked me up in the airport and were very nice to me. I wanted to extend my stay because it was just amazing but I couldn't because unfortunately there was another booking. I will comeback again whenever I go to Tunis.

L'appartamento è come da descrizione e ha tutto ciò che serve. È a pochi passi sia dalla medina che dal centro città. La terrazza e il balconcino permettono di rilassarsi all'aperto e godere delle belle giornate. Youssef è molto gentile, amichevole, premuroso e sempre disponibile ad aiutare in caso di bisogno.
