Samia's house is a great and peaceful place to stay for longer time. Everything was clean, the whole apartment is spacious. My fiancée and I feel at home there.

Soufia was there when we arrived late (our plane was delayed). She took the time to explain to us how the apartment works and the surrounding area. She lives upstairs on the property. Very nice property surrounded by an intimate garden. Several plants and trees are planted, so beautiful scenery. There are cats in the garden. The interior of the apartment is well decorated and clean. We felt comfortable right away… The beds and pillows are comfortable. We had a wonderful time!

the house is really very nice, spacious rooms and very clean bathrooms. The kitchen is very equipped. Having the availability of the courtyard and terrace makes everything even easier

Me, my husband and our three kids aged 8, 7 and 4 had a fantastic time at Bilel's ground floor villa. We enjoyed the heated pool and the accommodation itself was very spacious. The villa is located on a quiet side road, only several minutes' stroll from breakfast eateries and ice cream parlours. Just a few minutes' drive from Sidi Bou Said and La Marsa beach, we felt very lucky to have picked such a great location and place to stay for our holiday. Bilel is a gent and looked after us well before check in with all the information that we needed and during our stay. We would love to come back.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, ideal for visiting the archaeological site of Carthage and other nearby attractions. A special thanks to the host, who was incredibly kind, always available, and very responsive. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, bars, and shopping centers, which really enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

I'll preface this by saying I'm an American. I don't speak French. I've never been to Tunisia before. None of that kept Hassen from wanting to help us or from taking care of us. Hassen and his team were amazing. The place is wonderful and having access to the Club's amenities is a huge bonus. I would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat. Hassen was communicative and helped us with some special requests centering around our very young children. The view from the upper balcony is incredible. I can't recommend enough staying here, especially for the very reasonable price.

I stayed over a month and Amira was always very attentive. She quickly resolved any issues I had. The internet was fast for working and streaming. The main road is only 5 minutes walk away and it has many restaurants. The TGM (train) goes into Tunis, but during my stay it was closed to go in the other direction. Fortunately it's easy to find a taxi on the main road and it's very cheap. The beach is only one block from the main road and the water was not too cold to swim well into November.

The best place to stay in the Medina of Tunis. Clean and comfy with a beautiful rooftop view. Hayfa was an amazing, helpful, and responsive host. I can not recommend this place enough!!

home close to the cathedral 5min walk , souk and bab al bahr. close to everything and restaurant etc. the balcony is great for resting and enjoying the nice weather. Filippo is great . (off-topic but there is a very nice tea bar on the ground floor but beware of the asking price differed from those displayed)

Our stay in Tunis was great! Mohamed was really very attentive, always good advice, he was there to answer the least of our questions and that very quickly and was able to reassure us when we were afraid of not finding a taxi to the airport because we were leaving very late at night Location is great! Next to the Tunis marine train station to go to sidi bou Said, la marsa and Carthage, 20mn walk from the medina, and a restaurant 15mn by foot very good and affordable: restaurant com_art We will come back for sure The place is pretty well secured, there are two doors with multiple locks We had all the supplies we needed I recommend it without a second thought! Thank you again for this stay!!

Do not hesitate to rent Madhi's apartment, he is an excellent host, worried and friendly , he went to look for us at the airport even having 4 hours of the flight late. I hope we are very patient , always attentive to inquiries , his house inside beautiful and impeccable , he also took us to sidi bou said our other lease , the truth had never been lucky that a host was so nice and kind and attentive

This was a very pleasant stay. Except some small minuses (like a bit louder surroundings), we were very satisfied. Also, I have to emphasise a flexible check-in since we had to arrive late from the airport.

Youssef apartment is first class! nicely decorated, big, and is in the center of Tunis, close to anything you want to go. The view from the balcony is amazing! and the water pressure is one of the best I have tried in my life. Youssef's parents picked me up in the airport and were very nice to me. I wanted to extend my stay because it was just amazing but I couldn't because unfortunately there was another booking. I will comeback again whenever I go to Tunis.
