Holiday rentals with beach access in Bắc Mỹ An

The view was the best we’ve ever seen and the rooms were clean, spacious and had everything we needed! It’s also a great location, next to the beach and many local restaurants, would highly recommend to travellers going to Da Nang!

Beautiful apartment in a brand new building. Full kitchen, washer and dryer that worked well and balcony. Bathroom was great and hot water and AC was perfect. Very very spacious and a 5 minute walk from the beach.

I really liked the beautiful beach view and the kitchen and living room that you can use comfortably. It is the best place for a group of four to rest, and the price is satisfactory, so I intend to use it again next time.

Definitely a great place to stay. I've enjoyed every single day there, and Annie and her sister was amazing. They even contacted me after I was checked out, because I forgot some pants and money there. Both super friendly and helpful 🙏

This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

Fantastic place for group gathering, big family. Lots of nice food within 5~10 mins Grab. Very helpful co-host, sorry I can't recall his name. But I'm pretty sure I'll be back next 2026.

Adult5 Child3 On a trip with three generations It was a very suitable accommodation!! The swimming pool was very clean and the purification facility was It worked well. The air conditioner worked well in every room. Cleaning and towel replenishment were also good during consecutive nights. I have a plan to revisit!!

It's neat and very nice. Lily Anna was very kind and explained well. The accommodation has been remodeled, so it's new. It's up to the 3rd floor, and there are many rooms, and each has a bathroom. I chose really well. I had a pleasant trip and was able to heal.

I had a wonderful stay at Huyen's villa. Right from the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the host’s warm hospitality and attention to detail. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed The location is also super convenient: just a 5-minute drive to the beach and a short walk to the Han River, which is a lovely place to unwind in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, thanks to its location near the Chinese Consulate. There are also plenty of great local eateries nearby, so exploring Da Nang’s food scene was easy and fun. All in all, Villa is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation — a great mix of comfort, tranquility, and nature. I’d definitely love to come back!

Beautiful space! The Pao team was incredible and did so much to make us feel welcome. The location is about 10 mins away from ancient town and you’re nestled near the beach in a cute neighborhood. We used beach cruisers to bike everywhere. It was a great trip. Thank you Pao Homes!!

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Studio in a resort setting; the place was clean and very well equipped where I felt like home. Been thru several places in Vietnam, and this place stands out to me. Beach is a pleasant 5 min or less walk with several pools, beach loungers, grass / green space; literally resort lifestyle but staying in your own apartment experience. Austin and Lenh were also excellent hosts responding to all inquiries. I rarely say this with AirBNBs, but would definitely stay again 👍🏻

The apartment was spacious, bright, and incredibly comfortable.We even extended our stay and have already booked it again. Whenever we’re in Da Nang, this is the only place we want to stay. The water filter is a great bonus, and we loved the large rooms, cozy beds, and big TV. We truly felt at home here. The hosts are very kind and attentive — thank you so much for everything!
