Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Bac Ninh

The woman who helped us into the house was extremely good, nice and sweet! English was not the best, but translate always works! The place did not look nearly as good as in the pictures except for the roof terrace which was magically beautiful. However, the apartment needed a good hand, and the pictures are just a little too good for how it really looks. However, I would like to give 5 stars for the service they delivered. It was above all expectations. There was some renovation at the neighbor's, which created a risk of noise, which we did not want when we were at our last destination on a 4-week trip with 2 small children. It wasn't their fault and they handled it so nicely. They tried to find a solution, which just wasn't for us, so we made the reservation. We appreciate it very much. The only thing we can point out is that they have just a little too "nice" pictures than how the place really looks. But again 10/10 for the hosting.

Completely in love with the place!! The place in personal looks just exactly like the pictures, newly renovated with modern, chic design and comfortable furniture, and having lots of plants around the house is a huge plus. The host was super friendly and responsive, always being helpful whenever it makes senses and despite the place being far away from the city centre, he sometimes offers to drive me to the centre which is something i’m extremely greatful for. Would love to recommend and will definitely stay here again when I’m visiting Hanoi.

The apartment is nice and clean. Masteri building is better place comparing to other buildings. The host is caring and supportive.

Always a friendly welcome host. Room was perfect, nice toilet, comfortable bed, nice TV sound and system. Well equipped all in all. Great place to stay.

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Spacious rooms with microwave and fridge in the room. There is also a games cum laundry room. Conveniently located at Dong Xuan market surrounded by lots of eateries. The street is abit narrow but local drivers are friendly hence getting in is not a problem. The host are always responsive and help is just a text away. Checking in was seamless and everything was planned nicely from before our arrival at Hanoi right to the day we arrived. They really take care of us well.

Great host and stay. Air conditioning in bedrooms was great especially during summer. Prime location as everything was walkable

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

I think the reason for traveling is to meet something new. My friends and I were able to have a pleasant trip thanks to the excellent accommodation and friendly hosts on the 3rd floor. In particular, I don't think the host's kindness is too much to emphasize. When I was injured, he reassured me by asking various elements. It was an unforgettable memory for me to talk in the living room with my friends who traveled with me at dawn. We would love to visit this house again someday. I don't know when that day will be, but if it comes, I😆 will be able to check in more competent. Thank you.

Awesome place right in walking distance from about everywhere we needed to go. Very clean and nice and host was extremely helpful being responsive and proactive. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay here. We had an issue and Cindy sorted it out the same day. Very good at communicating. The view from the apartment is cool and handy being near the shopping mall.

It was just one day stay. but it was really good. very nice location to go to center of the hanoi ^^!

The stay was perfect, the host is available and responds very quickly to all your requests, the spa is simply beautiful and the room has an amazing view and everything is equipped for a wonderful romantic stay.

Really nice apartment! The location is great, especially if you have kids. Very nice area to have walks outside and there are some restaurants near by. Golf court 5 minutes walk from the apartment, cinema near by and a great park with animals such as a donkey, goats etc… All in all, very satisfied!

The apartment is comfortable and really well maintained. Everything you need and more. The apartment is in a really high floor with fantastic views and we found it really quiet and private. The building is part of the Swan Lake residences which exceeded all expectations for beautiful surroundings. Absolutely perfect for kids because we lost track of the number of amazing parks and playgrounds within walking distance. Phuong was incredible in her support, flexibility and attentiveness. 11/10! We have already booked a return visit!

Ánh was an incredible host, she was very helpful and always responsive. She was constantly checking in on us and providing recommendations. Her place was lovely and in the perfect area with multiple ways to travel to the city centre. We would 100% come again.
