Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Bach Mai

The host was very good and highly responsive. The place was excellent and very clean from the inside. However, just outside our Airbnb room, they were constantly cooking seafood, and the smell was all around, which we didn’t like as we are vegan. If you are a seafood lover, you might enjoy it, but if you are vegan, I would suggest you don’t go for it.

We had an amazing 7-night stay at Tea’s lovely Airbnb right in the heart of Hoàn Kiếm! The space was exactly as pictured bright, clean, and comfortable. Fresh bed sheets, new towels, and cold, strong AC made it perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The laundry facilities were a big plus, especially for our extended stay. The bathroom was spotless, and the entire apartment had a welcoming and peaceful vibe. The location is unbeatable just a short walk to delicious food spots, the vibrant night market, and Beer Street. Everything we needed was right at our doorstep. Tea was a wonderful host, and her co-host Ryan was also super helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Together, they made sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt right at home. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Hanoi! ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

Great location. Unit was as described. You enter through the barber shop, which was interesting. The first floor was one bedroom that had an attached bath and a lockable door. The second floor was the common area that had a couch and a couple of chairs and a television. Third floor was a second bedroom that was rather large with an attached bath. And the forth floor was a small bedroom. Each bedroom had a balcony, which would have been really nice had it not been so warm out. The bedrooms on the third and 4th floor do not have doors, so not as much privacy. We had two couples and used the first and third floors, so no issue. Host was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)

Tucked nicely in a small street a few blocks from The Opera House, this is a hidden gem super close to Old Quarter, allowing easy access to restaurants, park and attractions. The property is spacious for a group/family, well-maintained, and has AC on every floor! Linh is also very responsive and communicated clearly every step of the way. Thank you Linh! I'd definitely book here again if I'm back in Hanoi.

Hoa has been absolutely delightful to interact with and is a treasure. We love it here. We are already planning our next visit to this magnificent location. The apartment is lovely with a very comfortable living space and a darling balcony that even has a washing machine. We have enjoyed leisurely walks on the miles of pathways around the lagoons that are right downstairs from the apartment. While strolling in the area we’ve spent time exploring the many excellent cafés and have been content with the extensive convenience store and supermarket resources. Even the minimarts have a wide array of fresh produce and meat and dairy products. Found the multiple local pharmacies to be well stocked and able to fulfill most of our prescription medication needs. Everything is walking distance, including the world class Bat Trang Museum, Swan Lake, and numerous other meticulously maintained parks and lakes. Magical Hanoi City Centre is a manageable 35-40 minute drive. This place is hard to beat!

Amazing views, lovely place

It was nice to be able to move comfortably because it was near the city center. This is an accommodation I want to visit again next time.

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and just like the picture. The building is near Lotte West Lake. The host is friendly and attentive. She guided me to the supermarket and gym nearby. I will come back again.

You can enjoy the bathtub and the breeze on the top floor while bathing, and if you like to cook, there is a large kitchen with complete kitchenware and a large refrigerator. Some double rooms include a living room and a room with two single beds. You can quickly reach the liveliest market, the traditional food market next door, and the lively nightlife is also nearby. The first and second floors of the accommodation are massage shops, and he will give you a good discount for accommodation. Of course, if you are a person with mobility difficulties, you need to consider whether it is convenient to move because you need to climb the stairs.I highly recommend this listing, the host is very friendly and responds very quickly!

Very nice place! Felt like home and they handle their guest very well

From start to finish, Hao was lovely and helpful. We arrived in Hanoi at 12pm so we were able to get an early check which was very convenient. The apartment was exactly how it was shown on Airbnb. The beds were comfortable, the showers were nice and hot, the projector was a nice addition. The apartment is in a very good location. A 10 minute walk from the river. Lots of nice restaurants around. I recommend this apartment for your stay in Hanoi!

My home away from home. Stunning flat, very safe and an incredibly caring and helpful host. If you want to live in a local neighbourhood that is both safe and accessible, this is the one. My time Vietnam wouldn’t have been half as amazing had it not been for this wonderful flat and Thuong’s hospitality. I cannot recommend enough to locals and foreigners. Do not be put off by the location, it’s in the heart of a local neighbourhood but is extremely safe and accessible to shops and amenities.

Very friendly host, enough space and had everything you need for a short stay. Using grab or public transport makes is easy to get to further places. Besides that there was also a lot shops/ restaurants nearby. Can also recommend the trips they offer, we went to the Ninh Binh one and had an amazing time!

Excellent value for money. Apartment very well located with everything within walking distance. Excellent WiFi and satellite tv. Spacious for 2 people with a usable balcony. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Airbnb! The apartment is just as pictured – clean, bright, and comfortable. The balcony was my favorite part, and the view was nice. It’s located in a quiet alley but just steps from great food and local spots. Easy to get around the city. The host was responsive and kind. Would book again in a heartbeat!
