The advantages of the location are peace, natural beauty and authenticity, all not far from the center of the municipality of Jelsa, the sea and beaches located on the north and south sides of the island of Hvar. In addition to the attractive location and newly renovated spacious rooms, the Villa has numerous amenities - a private pool, sauna, gym, playroom, garden... Our accommodation is located in the heart of nature near Bačinské jazerá 300m (kayak, paddlesurf, beach) not far from the sea (Makarska riviera 12km) and the mouth of Neretva 10km (kittesurfing). We have kayaks and bicycles available for our guests. Trips to the surroundings are popular in the off-season months (Ston, Mostar, Kravice Waterfalls, Dubrovnik, Split...). Relax on the large terrace with seating, barbecue and beautiful views of the lakes all year round. Suitable for long stays, we have all the amenities including WiFi.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house (100 m2) with a beautiful view of Lake Birina, near the Baćina Lakes, the Neretva Estuary and the Makarska Riviera. The accommodation contains two double rooms with double beds and one single room. The apartment has a terrace with a fireplace, a dining area, and deck chairs. Next to the terrace, there is a space for children with a trampoline and a swing. Guests have access to the lake and by arrangement a boat ride. Garage parking is provided.
