Located 4 minutes from the E4 and ten minutes from Umeå city center. 7 minutes to a big shopping mall. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 150 per set during your stay. If so, just let us know in the booking. Payment is made after check-out via the Airbnb app. The accommodation does not have a kitchen but access to a coffee machine, electric kettle and a microwave oven.

In the area, there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice vacuum for winter swimming . An idyllic spot only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

Bikes, Canadians and fishing rods are available to borrow for free. 700 meters away there is a tennis court, boule court and a large public beach. Tennis racket, boule balls are also available. Around Södervik there are several marked exercise trails and bike paths as well as an exciting art trail with fun surprises.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities.
